Because I'm not the type that can love the guy for 12 years and then flip a switch and start hating him for his errors. Every club in Europe talks to the referees. What Moggi did MUST have been worse then what every other club did, but we the public are not permitted to know.

Sorry bro, he didnt do anything worse than what every other club did, he just did it better than any of them.

We all knew he wasn't clean. I never liked Moggi to be fair. In the end we were guilty. I know we, the fans, haven't seen much evidence, but the judges must have. It's Juventus we're talking about and they wouldn't have sent Juventus down just like that. I still don't see why we should look to other clubs. I don't care about Inter, I care about the good behaviour of Juventus. I support Juve, because it's a classy club. I refuse to be a cheater.
Judges must have much evidence for sure especially in Italy home of Mafia

Juventus is classy or cheater?

Juventini will choose being classy
interista think otherwise

I don't know, really. What kind of legal system keeps the evidence a secret? Fooking Mafia-style judges.

It doesn't change anything though. Even if it turns out that Moggi was buying matches with wads of cash I would say, "He did some bad things, but I love him anyway."

You seem to be like Seven in that you just accept that the judges must have seen evidence to convict. Sorry, but you know what I saw yesterday? A man released from prison after 18 years because somebody just looked at DNA evidence which proved the man could not have committed the rape that sent him to prison. Meaning: He was sent away for 18 years for bullshit evidence. When the real evidence became public, all charges dismissed.
Look, Pado, if I could I'd be happy to check it all. But there's simply no way we're able to do so. It's not in our grasp. So yes, on this one, I'm just going to assume they had some evidence. They did demote Italy's biggest club after all. Why would they take the risk without evidence? I mean, imagine the hit they'd have to take if things turned out bad.

It's never a clear cut case anyway. With the guy you're talking about it's easy. Did he or did he not commit rape is the question. With Juventus things are more complicated.

What matters is that you always liked Moggi. I never did. I found him funny because he looked like a cartoon, but I wasn't fond him.

The two cases are very different.. Juventus accepted the punishment and any other club out there as well. Don't tell me Juventus can't defend herself against "lies" like these. I am not believing the media here (I have my own opinions, I am not Seven or anyone else), you can't tell me they are pathetic not to go after their rights, yes, maybe they wanted/tried to reduce the punishment, but If they were really that innocent, they wouldn't accept any dirty insult like this.

If Agnelli was still around, I sincerely question if that would be the case.

How quickly we forget how Juve rumbled about taking the case and evidence public, and then suddenly there was a serious hush on that and subservient obedience to some puppet court behind closed doors.

You don't have to love him. Nobody has askerd you to even like him. This thread is to remember the good things he did for us, and for those of us who still love Moggi to let that be known.

Why you want to bring your homosexual fantasy about Moggi in to this thread is what really makes no sense.
