Samp, Udinese, Cagliari, Inter, Lecce, Bologna seven, Genoa and Lazio first half of the season.

Well to be fair to him, Bezzy, he played very good in more games than those you mentioned. But they were mostly from the first part of the season. After christmas, he started to perform very poorly and has done ever since.

quag is less suited for replacing him in that role, so we will be weaker.


many people underestimate everything vucinic does up front, because they are biassed by their favorite quag. i like him to but vucinic is alot better for our system

Injuries are part of the game. Sooner or later they will occur, and its up to us to step out of our stubborn heads and see other ways of playing good football if not better. You surely didn't think we'd be playing wi these eleven players all season did you? It is infact a blessing in disguise for Conte to try out other solutions coz its all going to count in the second half of the season. Quag or not. Although I hope this gives Quag a chance to prove his credentials because he is the more complete player of the two, bias or not.

Why don't we try Krasic on the left? See how he does cutting in, obviously his pace will be problematic from either side, I'd like to give it a go against Bologna.

We might be pleasantly surprised. Then again maybe not.

In 4-3-3 Mirko can be replaced with a winger. But that's system on paper. His goals won't be missed because...well...he scored only two.
But it will be really hard to replace his intelligence, taking on defenses, having the guts to take the ball and try to do something, his smart movement.
The only one who can realistically replace those positives in Vucinic's game is Del Piero, but not in a 4-3-3.
Pirlo and Vucinic are essential to our play, as hard as it is to notice it and as easy as it is to notice their flaws. But they are really important. Sucks to lose either of those two and I'm not sure how can they be replaced. In our case now, we must find a way to replace Vucinic and I don't know which one between Del Piero, Quag, Elia, Esti, Krasic or Giac is the correct choice.
