I used to love Vucinic's style of play on Roma. I just don't see him being a good fit with Juve, especially with better names floating around. I've never been more disappointed with our mercato rumour mill than what has transpired over the past couple months... this team is slowly killing me.

That's definitely too much.
Yes and no. Last summer this would have seemed like a steal (he had a hell of a season under Ranieri, when Roma almost won serie A). But he didn't have a good 2010/11 season, Roma missed out on CL, he desperately wants out....things like this lower ones price.
Looking from that aspect I think that Marotta could get him cheaper. Quality wise though, 15 million + bonuses that might never be paid, or at least never paid fully, is nothing for Vucinic. Especially compared to an unproven 27 year old from mid-table teams Quag, who cost as much, and one completely unproven 26 year old Matri from Cagliari cost 18m euro.

The price is more than fair, but I feel it's negotiable and we could lower it a bit. Then again, if there is realistic interest from other clubs, it might not be too smart to act slow if we do want to buy Vucinic.

If i didn't get excited about signing someone like Aguero then i probably would of been really happy about this signing but at the moment i'm not hopefully if it does happen he won't take long to impress me.

Vucinic for under 20 m? Yes, get him! Rather we spend 20 m on a quality player like him capable of performing against big sides and in the Champions League, and invest more into midfield and defence.

Q, Matri, Vucinic, Del Piero + 1 is a good and creative attack that can take us to the top three, assuming we don't concede too many stupid goals and our midfield gels quickly.
