11 goals and 2 assists :tuttosport:
He played in a 3 men attack on the left side, with Menez (who had much worse stats) playing on the other side.
In other words, he played kinda like what Krasic would play in a 4-3-3 (but on the right). I bet you'll be satisfied with the same stats from Krasic. And Vucinic played his worst season.

Anyway, I know one guy who played as a SS last year, scored 7, assisted 3, and you'd love to have him in our team instead of Mirko. Actually, Vucinic in his worst season did better than that little ex-Juve half owned by Parma guy did in his best season.

Vucinic is quality. I'd rather have him than Rossi.

P.S: Damn, I see that others already used the Giovinco card on you :D

Not overexcited about this move

He's a very inconsistent player and not a game changer - he has some nice ball skills, that's all - and he's NOT world class or a "Champion" that Marotta promised. Vidal, Vucinic, Pirlo and Lich have only marginally improved our team. We will have to fight extremely hard to achieve 3rd and we still desperately need a real LW.

can i just clear this up, but marotta did not promise us world class players, what he did say that it was his aim to add QUALITY to the side, now as far as im concerned vucinic however consistant he can be, is a darn sight better than the likes of amauri and iaquinta

Giovinco has many years ahead of him, Vucinic, not so many

I hope that we sign someone like hazard/Nani/Silva. If we do this market Will make sense. If we sign someone like Perotti/Vargas. A champions league spot would Be hard to get.

Pretty much agree, but I would have to pick Rossi if I got him for €15 mln. Not a huge quality-difference but younger :D

    We can re-sell.

Marotta promised "Champions" and chased the likes of Aguero, he mentioned Aguero's name along with others. He said he wanted someone of his quality. So yes he did promise this.

He promised that we'll sign WC players. Until now we didn't. Hope we sign at least one.

The chances of Juve obtaining any of those 3 players before August are slim to none.

Vucinic is 3 years and 3 months older than Giovinco. You make it sound like the difference is a whole decade. Vucinic is 2 years and 3 months older than Marchisio, our "young prospect". When will Seba (will be 25 this season( finally reach that potential? Until when we'll consider him a young talent with great potential?

and how do you suppose you attract the likes of aguero when richer clubs want them too? not to forget in continental competitions this season too
Don't promise us players like Aguero if you know you can't compete - just keep your mouth shut. Don't delude yourself and the fans.

If we really wanted Aguero for example we would have paid the 40m and not have bought rubbish like Motta, Pepe and Toni. We can compete but choose not to.
