I actually think we have no reason to rule this one out.

1) We need a CM.
2) He's a good, young player that Juve knows well.
3) He has that release clause that Juve can pay, especially with the 15% thing.
4) Juve already paid that kind of money on players like Dybala and A.Sandro.

If we really want him we should be able to seal the deal.

Here's my question. Isn't 32m a bit low? I know about the release clause but I'm finding it hard to believe that there isn't a club out there willing to offer even more than 38m. Or is that not allowed?

I think the point of this is to negotiate with roma to not activate the clause, since it doesnt benefit any of the 2 teams but on Pjanic

If this goes thru, I'd be very shocked to see Roma do that.
Me too, but maybe they are that desperate for money to evade the problems of the FFP?

Juventus are close to agreeing terms with Roma for Miralem Pjanic, €30m plus €2m bonuses, claim multiple sources.

Since La Gazzetta dello Sport broke the story that Pjanic will receive 15 per cent of any transfer fee if his €38m release clause is activated, there have been multiple reports of advanced negotiations between the clubs.

This evening Mediaset Premium, Il Messaggero and the Corriere dello Sport maintain they have reached an agreement for €30m plus another €2m in performance-related bonuses.

Considering the Bosnia international is only 25 years old and has been consistently one of the best midfielders in Serie A, it is something of a bargain.

Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United and Chelsea have also been linked with Pjanic.

The player also returned to Rome for negotiations after a vacation in Ibiza.

me too!! this is a deal! not many better than Pjanic avaible for this price!
That's why i don't understand juventus waiting waiting to not pay the clause..... the big risk is that a big team finally open its eyes and steal it.
