Mr. Inconsistency personified. I really like Pjanic, and sometimes I want to love him as a player, but he's so frustrating, more so than Dybala. I feel he lacks balls and leadership qualities. He's soft and mentally fragile.

I’ve never felt that Pjanic let us down in a big game. He was fantastic against Barcelona in the quarter final of 2017. He was great in Cardiff until he got injured at half time. He was great in the Bernabeu last season.

His weakness is motivation for Serie A.
