because he lasted a while to embrace what the coach wanted for him. But to be honest, how can we know?.
Something changed in his way of playing, he trained, he got more composed , i dont know. but in early season he was having a lot of weird patches of form. And even in 352 , were he had more freedom to go forward and attack...he was struggling.

Now he has even more responsability in a line of 2 and teh guy is suddenly delivering the goods. For a player with a skinny frame like him, this is very weird. He is tackling and pressing like a true DM, while keeping his offensive skills intact.

    Is weird
he plays a different role that suits him more now, its that simple. he never was capable of playing the Pogba role for us, which is why our 352 was struggling early on (together with Marchisio not being his former self). then we went with a 4312 with Sturaro and it looked better, but still not as good as we were hoping for. this 4231 suits him the most so far, as he is always near the ball and is playing like a typical playmaker, and we have others who can carry the ball forward under pressure

Mira is a top player no two ways about it!

Has to be said , the way our Muslim midfield duo has performed this season has taken me by surprise considering the start both players had.

    Inshallah the good form continues.
Imagine we had Pogba too, Shariah midfield!

all true, except one thing. Pogba literally made the tie winning assist to Morata, so he wasnt a passenger in that game vs Real in the semifinal in 2015. and if only he said Pjanic was net negative on the pitch until the formation change, it would have been spot on
