For people to say he is a success, are you looking for pure stats (assists, goals, average rating) or just to bring better balance to the team, attractive performances, hard work, etc?

Balance and hard work from what I've seen..usually. But it's not just that because he bangs in goals from time to time and has great crosses (assists).

Still, he's a lesser Nedved. He runs a lot, covers a lot...he's not that slow while being strong. Good cross and powerful shot while he uses his brain as well.

IMO he is well suited for Serie A. It's time for him to make a bigger step, on the next level and that will be doable if he comes here and shows his good side. I still believe he'd improve us a lot on the right side and he can become our fighter.
