Inter midfielder Dejan Stankovic has backed his Serbia international team-mate Milos Krasic to succeed in Italy if he joins Juventus.
Krasic has agreed personal terms with the Turin giants, but Juventus have yet to agree a fee with his club CSKA Moscow.
Interviewed in La Stampa, Stankovic said: “I have advised Krasic to come to Italy, to any team. He must come to Italy to become great.
“It wouldn't be bad to have another Serb at Inter.
“He has great personality especially in one against one situations and one against twos. You can't stop him. He focuses on you and goes right past.
“When you are in the Italian League you must always track back and for someone used to attacking it's not easy to find yourself in your own penalty area.
“It changes your life, because in the end you are talking about a few extra kilometers every game. But these are things that you learn about: if you want to become a great player you have to play for your team.”
