Juventus Director Giuseppe Marotta Issues CSKA Moscow An Ultimatum Over Milos Krasic
Juventus director general Giuseppe Marotta has told CSKA Moscow to accept their offer for Milos Krasic or consider the deal finished as he issues them with an ultimatum.
CSKA are holding out for €15 million. Juventus initially offered the club €12.5m, but increased that to €13.5m in attempt to salvage talks after the Russians rejected the first proposal.
And Marotta is in no mood to enhance the final offer.
"We arrived first for Krasic, but sometimes this is not enough. Football is like this," Marotta told Il Corriere dello Sport.
"Juventus will not take part in auctions and therefore two things will happen. CSKA will accept our bid, or we will pull out from negotiations."
On Tuttosport Krasic said he preferred to join Juventus amid reports Inter had join the race to sign him.
"I will not go to Manchester City. I prefer you [Juventus] over Inter," he said.
