Yes I do. But you should know its wise to not take every little they say seriously.

And as said, the media is very manipulative, we have assumed thing was really said by this or that only for it to turn out to be totally bogus often. And if Gigli said it, not that matters really, why is it only quoted by a Portuguese paper? Ways you can analyze its credibility.

Also Veloso can cover quite many positions + he offers Pirloesque deep lying playmaking quite similar to Xabi.
:shifty:

Well, you do know he is one of the best passing DM's out there, don't you? He would be a Zanetti replacement with top notch ability.
A deeplying-playmaker, one of the best passing DM's?

No way. Way too raw and he doesn't add anything to the side we already have.

Because he's portuguese, Veloso is a player like him?

To make it clear. I was questioning them calling Veloso such a type of player. They more or less described Alonso, Veloso is very different from him.

I think he would add a lot actually. Imagine Sissoko - Veloso - Xabi in midfield along with Giovinco in the future. Talk about world class...

Problem is that we'd get Veloso OR Xabi.
Of course that's the situation with our club. I'd prefer Xabi at this point but then again if Veloso is really this talented he'll be the better investment for years to come. Just depends on if you're willing to wait or not.

Lets just buy Moutinho instead if you want that young of a player and talent, Moutinho is better, more of a playmaker (Veloso isnt, is bit a well rounded utility DM with good left foot) and is WAY more ready then Veloso is in stepping up for a big team. You dont have to do much of waiting with him.

Unfortunately i doubt we will see Moutinho at Juve because Ranieri clearly wants a CM who is capable of defending in addition to adding some creativity.

Our formation simply would not suit Moutinho

In what way does he lack personality, and what does that even mean in the context of a footballer?

On the contrary, when it comes to character, he has shown impeccable maturity and leadership for a young player (I mean, how common is it you not only become captain in that age, but play as a leader since your early debute?), quite professional and hardworking who showed he pull his own weight from teenage years up to now.

And Boksic, Moutinho is a CM and a holding DM(regista) even if you will, not too offensive at all to play in central mid in 4-4-2. He has strong work ethic defensively and is creative at the same time. Dont know where you got that he is a some offensive AM who is a liability defensively.
