Michele Pazienza (born 5 August 1982) is an Italian football midfielder who played for Serie A club Napoli between 2008-2011.

A midfielder, Pazienza is signed to Udinese, but played on loan with Fiorentina for the 2006–07 season. Fiorentina purchased him in June 2007. During the winter transfer season, he was purchased by Napoli for a fee of 4.8 million euros. Pazienza scored a header in an away league match against Atalanta.
