    Vit!!....
well i dont thinik that the volume of his guitar is a important matter =P.

He is very good, one of the most agile, but he is the most detestable person in the world.

Oh Hydde, but I wasn't saying about volume of the guitar, not at all.
All the time I'm saying about tone, sound of the guitar. All guitar players have they specific way of playing and tones of their guitars are so different. And you can like it or no. In this case I don't like.
I appreciate his skills etc, cause he is very good. But simple when I hear him playing, I don't enjoy his play.

And if now my point of view - tone, sound of the guitar - is not clear enough, I give up :stress::D

ah ok u was talking about the tone....well there are a lot of tones,,,all the guitars are normally in "MI". Some people adjust the tone just to make easier some songs.
Well i think that i know what are you talking about.

He's probably using too much distortion.
I wish I could say more clearer what I dislike but I really can't descibe that in words. It's just sometimes you like some things and sometimes you dislike, no reasons, just like that :)

yeah i know what are you trying to say.

for example....something that i like for a guitarrist is versatility and that is a very bad point of yngwie, he is repetitive in his solos.

If you hear "rising force" (that is a master piece),,,,you have listened almost all the yngwie cds,,,all are derivations of risingf force.

Kiko loureiro, my fav guitarrist, his idol was yngwie malsteem, but IMO he is very versatile, every angra song is so different from the other, and almost all are good.

    I agree about versality.
And I pay attention to some other thing: I'm not fan of Yngwie Malsteem, cause he is soooooo "techinal" player: he thinks so much about techique of play, that I don't feel heart in his play.
He is perfect, but I don't feel any emotions, when he plays.

    Speaking about guitar players:
And from your list: Satriani is one of my favs ever. I also like Steve Vai and Eddie Van Halen.
I've heard John Petrucci, but I completely don't know Timo Tolkki and Kiko Loureiro.

Here you are my short list of my favs guitar players:
Brian May, Slash and John Frusciante - my 3 absolutely favs guys
    Few more:
    Erik Clapton
    Carlos Santana
    Joe Satriani
    Kirk Hammet
    Mark Knopfler
    Tony Iomi
    Keith Richards

And recently I discovered Stevie Ray Vaughan - I've heard him in some duo with Santana and it was

    METALLICA

    Aaaaaaaaaahhhh...... The best band ever.

Metallica have covered several music styles, but their first one were very much metal. Reports also say that their new album is going to sound like their old metal albums, we'll see. "...And Justice For All" is their album thats know for being very trash metal.
s&m album rocks wich is live concert.what u think?

Yes, S&M is great. I have every Metallica DVD is great, but S&M is great in a different way than the others. A great experiement. It's so weird to think about how Metallica didn't hear the symphony and vice versa, so they had to start exactly at the same time cause they couldn't correct it after they started.

My favs are The Call of Ktulu, Until it Sleeps, Hero of the Day and Fuel.
