He's a probably the best athlete to ever have played football, I agree. However, his vision is not good enough for me. What he lacks in vision/talent he makes up for with perseverance and hard work.

I dislike Messi but he's better than Ronaldo. Perhaps not right now but Messi at his peak was better.

You think Ronaldos game is just about hard work and perseverance? Dude, Ronaldo is pretty much the prototype of the perfect footballer. He excels in almost every facet. Insane pace, ball control, dribbling, crossing, FK, heading, shooting, passing - he and Messi are absolutely destroying teams and have been doing so for the past 6 years at least. You put Ronaldo or Messi in any era and they will still stand out. We will never see the likes of them again.

He notched up quite a few assists at United when playing as a winger. He's just become a goal scoring machine since going to Madrid.
