Might not be such a minority in the next game though.
True, in Turin things will be different. I can’t see it happening without any violence…I can only hope that the Italian police do a better job than usual looking after this match.

Though for the sake of fairness it has to be said that I'm sure the majority of Juve fans over there just want to see a good game of footy.

I dont think this is going to turn out very well at all. The impression from most Liverpool fans now is we have respected it already, we've done what we had to and now its their turn to respect us. If English go there are not greeted the way they greeted the Italians, and are then taunted etc, I think the reaction is predictable.

Of course nothing major will happen granted the Police can handle the situation. I certainly wouldnt expect a nice reception though or a nice atmosphere from either set of fans.

APART FROM THE FACT JUVENTUS FANS STARTED IT BY THROWING MISSILES AT US!!!!!!!!!

APART FROM THE FACT JUVENTUS FANS HAD BANNERS THAT READ: REDS ANIMALS (before Heysel happened)
We were to blame for Heysel son. We ripped down the fences and stormed the section holding Juve fans, we were responsible for the drunken rioting that ended up with the tragic death of 38 italians and 1 belgian. There were other contributary reasons for the disaster but you don't win friends or get reconciliation if you can't take responsibility for what happened.

Wind your neck in and show respect you are in a Juventus website

For what its worth I believe there will be serious trouble in Turin but I pray that there wont be because neither club want it and no one will win if there is

Oh please.

If it was the other way around, if it had been Pool fans that were killed by Juve fans im pretty sure Pool fans wouldnt be seeking revenge. Its fvcking stupid. I dont understand why fans of Italian football are such idiots. 38 people die, 20 years later hundreds of thousands of Juve fans are annoyed and angry, fans that atleast 95% of werent even effected. What a load of crap.
That's a hard call to make. Look at the HJC, that won't stop campaigning even though 16 years have passed. Are you suggesting that in 4 years, Liverpudlians will think "Oh well, it's been 20 whole years. Let's forget about all this childish campaigning".

Ask Liverpool supporters in the know about what happened at Hillsborough, and they'll tell you that they still haven't forgiven the South Yorkshire police.

In the whole scheme of things this is just another example of Italian fans taking football too seriously.
This has got nothing to do with football mate

If this happened at a curling or top-spinning match, I'm pretty sure the reaction would be the same.

This following article is from the Gaurdian in England. It reveals the true intentions of that idiot poster named "The Urchins."

I always knew he was just a trouble maker.

http://football.guardian.co.uk/News_Story/0,1563,1456305,00.html

Website talk of vendettas can be deemed the work of juvenile 'keyboard ultras', but the general tone has hardened, not softened, since Anfield's attempts at reconciliation. The Liverpool Echo 's front-page 'Sorry' has been widely welcomed in Italy, yet it served to highlight the lack of direct apology from the city's football club and supporters. There are signs that cooperation between the respective police forces has also been wanting. Rumours of 'The Urchins' - a Liverpool group - travelling in large numbers to Turin via Milan has prompted the Chief Inspector of Merseyside Police's Football Intelligence Unit to say: '[We are] aware of a group known as "The Urchins". We are not aware of their involvement in organised acts [sic] violence in Europe.'

The pernicious nature of the group is reflected in their website's offensive reference to the Heysel victims - '39 shitbags' - yet it appears the Turin authorities have not been briefed by their British counterparts about the gang's existence. Channel Four's revelations of fans breaching Uefa segregation regulations by buying match tickets from the Juventus website were also dismissed by Merseyside Police. 'We knew about the tickets,' said a spokeswoman. 'In fact it isn't four [tickets], it is 28 so far. Our intelligence in Italy was tracking the situation.' In reality such 'intelligence' amounted to a press officer at the British consulate in Milan passing on what had already appeared in the Italian media.

I respectfully disagree with that. Liverpool fans are not on hate campaigns against anyone to do with Hillsborough. We dont hate a team or a police force for it, not to the degree that some Juve fans have shown.

Infact Hillsborough is probably why many of us dont make excuses for those Juve fans.

Campaigning for Hillsborough should stop though your right, gives some people, who otherwise have nothing else to do, something to do I guess.
