The fact is that Trez leaves, Ranieri prefer to take Huntelaar. He is preferred respect to Gilardino and Bianchi. And I think this is a good news... I don't like Gila !!!

Juventus.com: Jonathan Zebina has extended his contract with Juventus to 2011.

A Bola: Juventus and Porto are interested in Giuseppe Rossi. Word has it Juve are ready to offer 10 million euro's but Porto could have a clause with the sale of Anderson to Manchester which may give them the right to loan the player for the season.

Tuttosport: Ranieri wants a leader in the midfield. His old friend Baraja and Albelda were mentioned, as well as Mavuba and Edmilson.

Trezeguet could be on his way to Milan after all, if the offer is good. After all, Milan has always had the Gilardino-card that they can use.

Camoranesi's extension isn't a done deal as thought. The player now wants a contract similar to that the others have received, but Juve already have Salihamidzic and Marchionni in his position.

Corriere dello Sport: Ranieri met with Lampard at Wembley and made it clear to him that he wanted to take him to Turin. Barcelona has pulled out of the race. Lampard's agent doesn't believe in a move from London.

Juventus are one of the clubs that have contacted Reggina regarding Rolando Bianchi, reports president Lillo Foti.

Ledesma's agent says that Juve are interested but that the player will stay in Lazio.

Liverpool agent admits Juve talks for Trezeguet
    tribalfooball.com - June 08, 2007

Liverpool's Italian agent, Mauro Pederzoli, has revealed Juventus asked for Xabi Alonso during talks for striker David Trezeguet.

Pederzoli told Teleradiostereo last night: "In the market, we are trying for a quality forward.

"We have been following Trezeguet, but we couldn't consider a swap involving Xabi Alonso. He is simply not for sale. He's a fundamental piece on the chessboard of Rafa Benitez."

Corriere dello Sport: Juventus and Camoranesi are far from an agreement regarding his new contract. Camoranesi feels he's being ill treated by the club despite him staying this past year. Now there are talks of a move to Roma. Agent Sergio Fortunato estimates a 50% chance that the player will stay.

Tuttosport: Xabi Alonso was Ranieri's first choice for the midfield, but now the Spaniard has extended his contract with Liverpool. Liverpool are chasing Trezeguet, and Juve haven't forgotten about Sissoko.

    La Repubblica:
The defense problem can be solved if Juve buys Barzagli from Palermo.

Corriere della Sera: Fabio Quagliarella's success in Serie A and now for the NT has increased his worth to 20 million euro's. In Italy he's being chased by Juve, Milan, Inter, Roma, and abroad by Manchester United and Liverpool.

Calcio Parlato: Cristian Zaccardo says that he would like to play for a big club, in particularly Juventus because it's the club with the biggest need of improvement in the defense.

Giuly's father reports that his son is 80% sure that he's leaving Barcelona. Clubs interested in the player are Monaco, Marseille, Fiorentina, and Juventus.

Mavuba and Bodmer now seems like the only logical and real option for us.
If we sign these to players I think we would be extremely good at MC. They are the future of French football.Look for them to guide the team in the 2010 WC.

    Good job there Ze!

    keep it updated.
    :toast:

Well in a way Gila opting to stay at Milan (which could change later on in the summer if Milan get another striker) is good because then we might go after Huntelaar again.

Turin based LaStampa writes about Robert Kovac's move to the Croatian league champions. The move has been confirmed on Dynamo Zagbreb's official homepage.

Cobolli Gigli has this past week spoken of an important signing who'll be presented in the coming week. It could be one of the following: Barzagli from Palermo or Udinese's Iaquinta, who's been tied with a move for quite some time now. Kovac's departure is a clear indication that at least one more defender will arrive.

Gazzetta dello Sport: At last, Juve are in an agreement with Empoli regarding Almirón. Matteo Paro, Sebasitan Giovinco, and Rey Volpato will go to Empoli. In what way or for how much is not clear at this point.

Ranieri is out on familiar territory once again and is hunting for players. In Spain he's after three particular players whom he sees as ideal enforcements. Fabio Cannavaro is the first if he would want to return to Italy. The problem is Real are building a squad that can win the Champions League next year and will most likely count on Cannavaro.

Number two is Gabriel Milito. Zaragoza wants to wait to see if they can qualify for an UEFA Cup spot before making any decisions.

Even a midfielder is being sought. Ranieri sees Andres Iniesta as the perfect candidate thanks to his technical and tactical skills.

Fiorentina.it: Juventus will release Balzaretti to Fiorentina. He will sign a three or four year contract with the Viola. The transfer will be official next week.

Tuttosport: Buffon's contract extension could influence Trezeguet to do the same. If the Frenchman doesn't renew his contract then the main clubs interested in the striker are Valencia, Inter, and Lyon.

I think the Cannavaro romour sounds very nice. I think he would be ideal to bring stability to our defence on short term basis. Very good if we get him IMO.

EDIT: Nice job with the translation! Great job!
