its a good move because nedved is 32 years of age. he hasnt got much more left in those ageing legs and i believe next season may very well be his last.

bring in maxwell and move zambrotta to the left midfield with olivera on the right. possibly, olivera by then may have gained enough experience to move into his natural playmaker role so we can shift zambrotta maybe back to the right and even play the likes of a kapo on the left.

BUT, maxwell joining means chiellini should be sold. there would be no future for him at juve if maxwell joins.

anyone rememebr athirson, he was the originla "roberto carlos" replacement for the future, we signed him , we screwed him and we once again lack on the left, max could well be another athirosn.....

I strongly doubt Maxwell will join Juventus. They have already got Zambrotta and Chiellini for the Leftback position and Maxwell won't leave Ajax for a soft price, Ajax has learned from it's mistakes. The Board will be sacked if they sell Maxwell for a fee lower than 20 million euro's
