"People" are/were rightfully pessimistic about Sarri, considering his Napoli past and his empty trophy cabinet, not to mention he's not a stile Juve coach at all. It's not just for the sake of "making the odd prediction".

And again, that idea that a Juve fan would be happy about winning shit all, just so he could gloat about being right on an internet forum is the most stupid thing ever.
So whats the purpose in your head that Juve with the team we have and the deth we have to finish 3rd? There isnt one thing pointing to that. 3 points clear of Inter and they have struggled recently. But maybe you see something I dont and we will slowly tank the whole season. Maybe I just dont see the purpose of predicting we fail all season on the internet despite the exact opposite happening. Like I said its some weird defense mechanism or you just want attention if you are claiming a 3rd place finish IMO. And I absolutely guarantee if we make the CL semis and win the league there will be people saying that sarri sucks all summer long and want other coaches etc and say its a failed saeson.

His only way to "win" is to win the league and CL

If one thinks so, then it's just their opinion as Juve fan, nothing more.
To fear we might end up winning nothing doesn't mean he wants it to happen, he's simply concerned. I can't see what's wrong with that tbh. Some are optimistic, some pessimistic, but what both groups have in common is that they want Juventus to win.

As for me, i expected and still expect Sarri to win the League and the Coppa. CL is nothing you can really ask for, so not judging him based on that. So far he's on track in all competitions, so props for that. As long as the results come, i won't ask for his head. Results are all that matters.

The mocking of our ugly playstile is solely aimed towards the Sarri gang, promising me beautiful, mouthwatering football.

Right...you claim doom and gloom and then WHEN we win you can say Im glad I was wrong but we ... name scenario when it was bad. Defense mechanism. Let me ask you a simple question. If we win the league and get to CL semi finals will you claim it was a good season and that you were wrong?
Of course I will admit that I was wrong and depending on how we do it I will present my evaluation. I have absolutely no intentions nor the energy to gloat. I will obviously be disappointed if we end up empty handed. And last but not least my prediction has nothing to do with defence mechanism.

If you are not satisfied with my answer it's not my problem anymore. I took my time to reply to your accusations.

Many bad coaches in the past were able to fuck up stronger squads. Capello fucking up the CL twice with the best squad in Europe is an example. There are many more.

As for Sarri even if he wins the trebble three years in a row I will not like him. Nothing will ever make me like him. This does not mean at all that I won't give him credit for his achievements.

The problem with you JCK is that you make those doom and gloom predictions left and right without giving any valuable arguments. I still remember how you were praising Inter at the beginning of the season and then it turned out you haven't even seen them play lol. Now you say we are doomed because Sarri is our coach. I think Conte and Allegri examples should have taught you something.

For personal reasons during the summer and when the season kicked off I was able to watch more inter matches than Juve. The only Juve friendly I saw was the one in Stockholm which I watched in the stadium.

The first two matches of the league I could watch inter but not Juve. So what I said about them was based on what I saw and my rating of Conte..
As for why I think we will end up empty handed, I already gave my arguments

Therein lies the problem. You don’t like him as a man and you secretly hope that he fails so you can be proven right about your shitty predictions.

I think we will win the league by 8+ points. We are getting better and finding balance slowly. The first half was unluck AF with injuries and top of 3 new players needing time. Ronaldo is on fir and Inter are starting to struggle. As long as we are making predictions

Getting better includes getting dominated by Napoli a week ago? And creating close to 0 chances from open play against Viola? The past two matches were two of our worst this season. :shifty:

I think the only thing i like about him is no matter what is the score 2-0 or 3-0 he takes off a midfielder and puts another midfielder, takes off a striker and puts another striker. He does not defend one goal lead. And that’s positive in CHL.

We scored 2 penalties against Viola, both resulted from open play. Saying we created close to 0 is not true.
:lol2:

Just going by the standards set by the Sarriboiz crying last year saying set pieces and penalties don’t count. But I guess you weren’t here to see that, princess.

Get a life. @JCK was one of the only optimistic members on the entire forum when we hired Allegri.

He simply doesn’t rate Sarri and doesn’t like him. And thinks we will be worse under him. Voicing this isn’t some outrageous thing. Nowhere near as outrageous as all the bitching and moaning about Allegri, a Juventus legend coach, the past two years by those calling JCK out.

I find it difficult to rate us as a team. We've looked pretty decent at times, but then we can suddenly look completely clueless. Once we face another European top team we should have a better understanding of where we stand.

I think we have the attack to cause problems to most other top teams, especially as those games should be more open. Then again I really worry about facing better attackers than we've faced thus far. Messi, Neymar and co running at Bonucci gives me the creeps. I feel that De Ligt's and Bonucci's ability to deal with those situations where they are left alone on an island against those attackers will in the end define our season.

in times like this I feel its good to get an outside perspective. someone who is not part of the group.

@Andrea_Pirlo_10 care to weigh in here?

Messi, Neymar and co running at any defender will cause problems. I remember Cannavaro saying that he struggled in Real because it was something totally new to him that teams left their central defenders exposed to the opposition attack. So in general such situations shall not happen.

True.

I'm not too confident that we'll be able to prevent those situations from happening though. We tend to leave too much space between the defense and midfield.
