Vidals job wasn't to score it was to be a beast defensively and run people down to win the ball back. Vidal's goal scoring prowess was a bonus for us and the team. I think people got so used to him scoring so frequently that when he didn't it was overshadowing everything else he might have been doing well.
they start with "best b2b, can defend and can score, how beppe wasn't able to ask for more than 40m" then they finish with "people get used to his goals", that's the key - you, me, we used to his goals that's why inadequate vidal's fans can't understand that probably he will never score 15-16 goals per season again and it was best period in his life, that's why 40m is quite enough for his transfer
