Isla would be useful for a team that somewhat relies on counter attacks like Torino. They would probably value him at like 3 million euros tho.

He is not a wingback definitwly. At least not a good one.

IMO he would suit best in a front 3 of a 433. As a wingback his defending is shid.

He is good goign forward without the need to track back, just dont count on him for finishing chances.

I don't think he is anywhere near good enough offensively to be playing
for a decent side in a 4-3-3.

But like you say his positioning defensively is quite poor and often switches off.

I hated this guy when he was playing for us, but he could maybe just maybe turn in to an average player under Allegri and if we can't sell him then it's worth giving him a pre-season to show he's good enough to play the occasional pre-CL Serie A game.
