Isla is looking good. I think he's also enjoying the confidence of the coach, and I tho k he's been subbed in nearly every game this season. And even been handed a start?

That one cross he made in the dying minutes was better than any cross Licht ever made in the game.

Talking about crosses,Isla knew what to do,he banged in a low cross considering the height of our forwards.Whereas Licht on the other hand ,knowing there's no height in the box ,makes high cross after high cross. It was just aimless crossing.

Isla is actually a better crosser than Licht, but he generally keeps the ball low and on the ground. Licht in the other hand has fantastic movement and ability to penetrate defensive lines.

Quick question, why were Isla and Vidal exchanging their position often in the first half? @Red

There were times Vidal was playing on the wing and Isla as a CM, the second goal also came from a Vidal cross from the wing so I'm guessing there was a reason behind it.

I noticed they did the same for Chile a couple of times as well.

had the right hand side in his pocket.. could have had more runs into the box to help out the attack when they were confused, and that happened a lot tonight..Good game by Isla, can improve a lot,i really hope we try the 4-3-3 and use him as RWF..
