Padoin was a $#@!ing stupid transfer. But I guess he could play as a winger so that was ok. I think it was just Conte liking one of his older players for being tough , flexible, and giving it all on the field. It's all a learning process. It seems like he's starting to realize that players like that can be fine for certain teams but Juve needs that extra thing.

Padoin was a good transfer. Decent backup player. We shouldn't keep are our youngsters rotting on the bench.

True that, but Esti just sucks. He is average in his only possition (LWB) and sucks in every other one. At least Padoin is average in 2-3 possitions. I am sure that he can play as good as Esti on that LWB possition.

Estigarribia is rubbish. Padoin is a "world class backup" (defined by the accept to warm the bench for ages and give your all when you're finally called. Additionally you are a good footballer and understand the tactics completely.) Pepe and Storari are world class backup too.
