It doesnt matter what exact form of a purchase you make, whether its a loan, loan + obligation, coownership or whatever, what matters is the agreement the parties informally have, and in this case I'm 99% sure that the price has already been set and that no negotiations on price will be taking place. We purchased him fully already, the coownership deal is just formal.
If it was for formal purposes then we could have taken our usual loan + option on both players, paying Udinese a large part of the fee as the 'loan' to spread payments, like we did with Quagliarella and Pepe.

Ultimately we will see, as I'm not at all certain of these fees being fixed. I haven't seen that before with co-ownerships. The whole point of them is that they fluctuate with form and standing so clubs don't get ripped off for under-performing players. It could be two years before we buy them outright.

He is not worth the effort. He seems to be needing lots of playing time to gain some form.... and even when he has the excuse to be off form..... he seems VERY average at best.

Seriously... i didnt saw any spark in him the whole season..... at leats not the one that we were promised.
he was MotM in the 37th round.

Looks like he is gonna leave, his agent and himself said they where not happy with the Juventus Management for this year. Because of the WM 2014 he wants to play more often and that he got already offers. Somehow that all dosn't sound like "I'll be around next year" :D

Will be hard to find somebody that is gonna repay us the 15 Mio, didn't Inter wanted to buy him last year?^^

 :howler: :yao: Awesome trade....................................................... for Inter!
Ranocchia has been in pretty horrible environment these past few years, I wouldn't say he's finished just yet. then again, do we really need another CB, who's gonna need matches? we can barely give Caceres the playing time he deserves.
