Starting to believe it.

That's why we should cash in asap if that is the case.

Makes sense up until you realize Benatia is starting over him. Is he really that bad that Benatia performs better in training?
Benatia has had average performances since his Bayern days and still starts over Rugani

Have you considered maybe there's the slightest chance of Rugani not being all that great?
Possibly. Or Max could just be wrong?

Strange to see people (not you) now suggesting that Rugani isn't all that, because Max isn't playing him all the time... like they need to put their minds at ease.

Well it certainly isn't putting anyone's mind at ease. The kid is a talent but what are we missing here? It doesn't add up: Benatia hasn't been great but why not give Rugani more time? He was touted as the next WC Italian CB...if anything, it does the opposite of putting minds at ease

I mean they are justifying his lack of playing time by telling themselves that he's not good enough. People always need to find explanations for things they can't understand. Now in the future they can be calm when Max keeps picking Benatia instead :D

Of course it might well be be true that he sucks . We don't get to see what goes on training like Max does. So maybe he sucks there, but in the matches we've seen he's been pretty good, though not perfect.

But maybe it's something else...

He will be the first Juventus player, who scored after an assist from Buffon, but who has never played alongside him.

Can't wait to bring him back. Beast defensively and has a great goal scoring record. We really need him. Spinazzola was good last night too.
Chiellini and Caldara playing alongside would be a terrifying prospect for opposing teams.

Barzagli will retire and we will likely buy Howedes and an actual RB. Then way? We have been saying these for like 2 years and still Rugani is on the bench.

What evidence do you even conclude that Benatia won't be here let alone go to the MLS? Crazy claim IMO.
Benatia will Leave for the same reason rincon, hernanes and lemina left.benatia isn't juve material and he has done nothing to convince managements to keep him.caldara would be most welcome addition. Massive improvement over the likes of benatia, barzagli IMO. I do hope the latter two get sold or left soon because they bring very little at all to the defense.

Great game from Mattia, can't wait for Caldara to arrive.

Also, nobody is going to convince me that Benatia has been better than Rugani this season. No way.

Daniele is going to make mistakes, but he also needs those minutes to develop and gain confidence.
