According to Spanish newspaper #As, Matthijs De Ligt will not move to Barcelona in the summer. The paper quotes an unnamed source from FC Barcelona who told them "We believe that he will end up in Munich (Bayern) or in Turin (Juventus). We worked hard on it & can't do more."

#As reports that Barcelona don't want to enter into a bidding war for De Ligt & that the situation has changed from a few months ago, especially with the role of the player's agent Mino Raiola. The FC Barcelona insider tells #As "He will do what his agent tells him."

I think Raiola doesn't want to move him to Barcelona because once he goes there and does well he will probably stay there for life. In other words, no more commission. Whereas at Juve there will always be some Italian kids we can replace him with after receiving a hefty fee.

So we need him and Pogba? Another 150mil summer incoming :touched: but we need to sell Higuain first, he better start scoring some goals blyat
Milan were never going to buy higuain outright regardless of how many he scores, it was a massive fuck up from marotta to only let him go with option to buy. Damn fool is too trust worthy, thankfully we won't have to deal with his embarrassing sale tactics anymore. Chelsea is our best hope

so then the only hope is that sarri is persistent and would by higuain for chelski when his loan finishes (or before finishes)

In today's Dutch media they are convinced we are no 1 in the running for his signing. During the Golden Boy Award he met up with Agnelli. Along with it was Raiola (his agent) and Edwin van der Sar (Ajax TD). The deal should be structured as follows: 75m signing, 10m Raiola commission.

I really think with him we'll have a successful heir of Chiellini

That's so fucking expensive. Weird to see such figures paid for a CB.

It happens but it's usually forward players. Real bought Junior when he was 17 for like 45mln. Neymar also went for sky rocket price when he was in Brazil.
yea i think teams like to see that a defender has some maturity and experience other than just raw talent. Neymar may have been young but wasn't he already star player for the national side?

Especially one so unproven. 19 and has never played in a top league or team before.
CBs are in demand now. Look at recent fees and the prices being rumored now.

Unlike 70-120m rumored CBs, he's young but considered best of his gen.

I reckon we'll see a price hike in good, physical B2Bs in Kante mold next. After being Pep-washed, clubs and academies are now figuring out defense and balance are also important.
