Don't go there... He wasn't good at all, though not as bad as Abate who did everything wrong...
I don't get why Prandelli doesn't just stick to what works.. Darmian is a lot better on the right, and Abate never had the class to play for the national team - off course it's a problem to have Chiellini as left back, but at least he isn't a defensive liability and doesn't get caught high in the field very often...

This is probably the reason why we wont get him, the right flank is well covered with Licht and Caceres and if Darmian cant be effective as a LB, then he is of no use for us...

Lichtsteiner is getting old for his position and Caceres is not starter material.

Caceres is more proven at Juve level than Darmian and we wont need a player like Darmian up untill Licht retires, its not an urgent need to replace him anyway, as long as we have Caceres.
I am confiedent that until that moments comes, more talents will rise, in the left flank though such players are much harder to find and our primary option is not a LB to begin with,
this is where we should focus our immediate attention and this year's budget.
Even if we get Evra, he will retire way ahead of Licht and we dont have a Caceres to comfort our needs, as we have for the right flank.
