But we changed the entire roster.
Exactly. We had to change entire roster because Allegro KO'd this team with his garbage philosophy. So many players regressed/left the club. We still have his core group of clowns playing and sucking as usual like Suckatelli, Gatti, Vlahovic etc

Things won't change instantly and Mossad is probably the not the right man to revive this team but the process of going from an Allegro team to a team that can actually play football is going to be hard and slow.

I am desperate for Conte-esque paisan atm. Maybe just get Conte himself.

I don’t get it how can he have his imprints on new players that didn’t even play under him though. Why does Koop not have Gasperini’s?

Anyway, joking aside your argument sounds lazy. I was called out last season for saying that Allegri got the absolute most out of an abysmal roster, and that, unless we change everything from top to bottom (incl. management) we won’t see much improvement. Meanwhile, we bought a top 3 midfielder in Italy, one of the best in the EPL last season, stacked the team with wingers, and all we did was regress.

Praising Conte for Allegri’s 1.0 run and then blaming him for things going poorly in the following years has to be one of the dumbest things I’ve ever read on Tuz.

Everytime he leaves/gets sacked, he leaves the team in awful shape

Guy is cancer like Mourinho but at least Mourinho has won on the big stage

This team forgot to play football under him for 3 years and what we're seeing now is a continuation of his jihadball imprints on this team. Things won't change by hiring mid coaches like Mossad

We are in need of a big personality at this club who commands the respect of everyone
hey zzak, pls post your hot takes on reddit next time, much appreciated

Lol cmon bro

This season is worse than anything I’ve seen from this club since the Zaccheroni/Ferrara days. This is all on Junktoli and Mottard. This is their “project” 100%. Id take Allegro’s last season any day over the garbage we see week in week out.

Are you absolutely sure?

this is the table after 21 rounds:

well above expectations and potential. then came the meltdown. in hindsight i'm convinced that giuntoli sabotaged last season by doing a bullshit winter mercato and hiring motta when the team even had a shot on the scudetto. we didn't play well but overall allegri and the team did a more than acceptable job until the empoli game. don't even compare it with the current shitshow

Should i throw in some highlights from the 1st stint too?
dude, let's spare the lecture on aesthetics. i'd take an ugly win over a nice loss every day

Yeah? Which one was your favorite win? Vs Frosinone, Viola or Monza?

Look, i'm not happy with current situation either, but let's come back to reality. Last season was awful, traumatic experience.

i enjoyed the coppa win and lazio in the league

it wasn't awful before giuntoli sabotaged it. then allegri lost the plot and of course he deserved the sack. but it's useless to pretend like the first part of the season never happened when the team collected much more points than it was supposed to.

traumatic lol, it's just sport. we're having a banter era, so what. if it's causing you trauma buddy... heysel was traumatic. finishing at a cl place with a shit squad is meh, but traumatic?

You can't hire a terrible manager and then blame it on the former. Allegri 1.0 was replaced by Sarri who ended up winning the league. Juventus' decline started with the removal of Moratta and then later hiring Pirlo. These 2 moves severely damaged Juventus.

Bro wut? Our problems started way before Allegri 2.0 even showed up. And they certainly didn’t start right when he left us after his first stint.

Also it was the end of an era, our veterans were on their last legs. In hindsight, hiring Pirlo was an awful move, just like his hiring his fellow graduate.

Young inexperienced managers dont suit us but old managers don't like a young squad.
