Did you not hear? the rebuild has already begun, spearheaded by Allegri apparently
the rebuild begun with the hiring of giuntoli and a brand new structure of the club.

Yes and roma have only superstars in their squad, much better team than us :haha:
I wouldn't say so, but I also wouldn't call our squad stronger than theirs either

You just said now that de rossi is doing better than allegri. Its funny how a relegation team suddenly becomes so stong

We can be thankefull to de rossi because our board will see that you can make better results with unknown coach than allegri

de rossi is doing really well.
that doesn't mean he's better or worse than anybody, yet.
our experiment with pirlo didn't go as well.
so much for better results with any unknown coach, as you say

To be honest I had a lot of doubts about de rossi as a coach given his last job, but credit where it's due he's doing very well, for how long he can keep this up remains to be seen, but he's certainly shown that Roma were right to sack Mourinho with his prehistoric football

I don't think roma's squad is better than ours, not when I look at their midfield which consists of Paredes and Cristante in midfield, but De Rossi is clearly utilising them better, maybe our board should take note.

How is de rossi as amateur coach able to bring back dead relegation team to play fantastic football than someone who have more than 10 years of experiences with much better squad. I will also say this for alonso, motta and any new coach. Of course it didnt went well with Pirlo, it was the most thoughtless idea cuz of desperation.

Allegri is dead, sooner you'll realize it, better for you. Juve is his last club

Roma are going through 'new manager syndrome.' It will wear off soon and they will flop.

Maybe.

But without delving too deep into De Rossi's tactics, much of what he says sounds very sensible. He points out his players have responsibilities without humiliating them in front of the media and he is able to creat a great team atmosphere. I do think he is helped by the fact he's a club legend though.
