The tears and outrage when Al-legri signs extension. Just accept he aint leaving anytime soon and stop fussing over things you have no influence on.
I know you're probably half trolling at this point, but what makes you so confident?

How many tuz members are going to Jahannam? Will the jihadi xperd be the first to go?
It is not for me to mention names, however, the infidels will endure the torments of Jahannam for their sinful indulgence in earthly desires and for their lack of submission to Allah and one of his prophets.

Losing to Macabbi was our lowest point and he survived. We lost 5-1 to Napoli and he survived. Right now Al-legri could take a gun, fire several shots at our players and he wouldnt get fired. His agent would probably say it was necessary fo fire those shots.

Well, I, for one, hope you are wrong. I am sure many of my fellow apostates would acquiesce to the decision to uproot this malicious and malignant evil from our beloved club.

Probably no hope but

Judging from the napoli game it is abysmal to have less than 30 percent possession at any point for a team like us. Once again and it's been an issue forever now but the space between the lines is way too much, when we actually press as a team and the odd times we look connected as a team we look much better. I don't know if max doesn't like pressing as a team because he is worried about leaving space but at the end of the day that is just going to get you beaten.

I think Max can no longer motivate these players and I think his style does not intrinsically motivate players, if anything it demotivated and saps confidence.

However for once we actually looked threatening and created chances, while Iling isn't perfect Kostic should not see the pitch any more. Having this lighter midfield with two players in Miretti and Alcaraz that tend to attack space and look for the forward pass actually meant that our forward players didn't have to go back to their own box to get the ball and low and behold could actually be in spots to create clear cut chances. I have no doubt that Allegri will go back to Rabiot in the midfield but it's clear that you cannot play Loca and Rabiot together with Mckennie being the other mid because there is not enough forward thinking play there. I thought Miretti had a decent game even if he made some mistakes tbh. We didn't look any more fragile with a more attack minded midfield and Iling on the wing either but Allegri will piss his pants and go back to what he knows.

Our backline held up well despite a 'lighter' midfield, Bremer was fantastic. Cambiaso has been a bit shaky but I don't think we can lose him as he is one of our only dangerous wing backs that actually can do something in the final third.

In the second half we fell off a bit but Max didn't really do anything, gone are the days that we make adjustments really and often we do when it's too late, I'm not just talking making subs but tactical changes, we always look flat after half time - this is on the coach IMO. Everyone dropped their head after we conceded the penalty and for this reason they were not at all ready for the possibility that Tek saves it. Napoli have been dogshit at penalties this season and I would expect our staff to notify the players of this before the game but honestly I feel Max has no real intention of actually coaching any more and just wants to lazily do what he knows so he needs to go.

TLDR
Max is a dinosaur but we knew that

I imagine he'd solve half of his problems if he just played players in their natural positions and changed formation.
Ofcourse any manager who was born after the Jurassic era and didn't get their coaching badge in a pinata would do that. But Allegri is so set in his ways just because it worked with Mandzukic at left wing he think it'll work with others and will persist with it time and time again expecting a different result in the end.

I wouldnt say the problem is formation related, its different to me - the real problem is:
- he refuses to have more than 2 players who are commited to attack mainly.,
- we sit back all the time,
- there is no plan for pressing, players arent covering the opposition correctly or are too late,
- no automatic movements and setup of passes in the attacking phase.

This all can be covered by having players like Dybala or Pirlo, who have that spark of genius when playmaking, with Locatelli and other shitheads it just doesnt work unless they have acres of space.
Its also a lot easier to setup defensive minded team who only thrives on opposition errors than a team who shines cuz of its qualities and it really seems its the thing he tries to do.

@Santi_J_FM who broke Mbappé to Madrid news says that Thiago Motta is now the absolute TOP candidate of Juventus to replace Massimiliano Allegri at the end of the season.

Giuntoli wants to sack Allegri at the end of the season. The time has come. Motta is open to joining Juventus but is focused on Bologna for now.
Coming from you makes more credible

And almost always fails. What was the definition of insanity again?

Not going to lie, if I was that 18 year old kid and saw Allegri smirking after he threw me into the hornet's nest and took me out 7 minutes later I would've flashed out on him

Exactly this. His whole square pegs in round holes philosophy stems from that one Mandzukic experiment which just so happened to work out well. Now he's getting carried away thinking this is like football manager where you can just convert any player into any position with enough training. Football isn't that simple. Players have usually been drilled into their positions from a young age. It takes time to adapt. Some don't at all.
It's clear that it's not working so why does he persist with it?
