sad thing is although mombly is a proven fraud, the impression he paints on current juventus is pinpoint accurate. chiellini's "non è squadra" never was so true, at least that's the impression i'm getting every single time this team plays, and not only that: it looks like the society has zero direction too, which is much more painful than only having a bad team and/or a coach who's a bad fit.
sacking allegri wouldn't miraculously solve it, but keeping him would 100% won't make it any better, in fact it would probably make it worse.
i'd love to see a honest interview from someone trustworthy. juve's been a mess for years, and agnelli's resignation only made it worse, as weird as it sounds. these lawyers and trusted elkann lapdogs have zero idea on how to run a football club, that's been clear. time for a new president, sports director and coach. can't wait.

I know you dislike him to the extreme and his second spell has been a disaster but this is nonsense. Any coach from a top team in the big leagues in Europe would be a "flex" for a team there, particularly when they are under contract.
Despite the past 2 seasons Allegri is a high profile coach (you can argue about ability), he was offered the Real job 2 season ago and linked to PSG recently. One of the top teams over there had a coach who flopped in Scotland, of course one who has won Serie A and made it to CL finals is a statement.

I didn't think by flexing you meant top 10 / 20 coach. Yeah he clearly isn't that level. I was meaning more he is a big name to attract to a league which has so far not recruited high profile coaches. Even Rudi Garcia was a big name to recruit for that league.

Over reaction or not. It shows that Allegri isn't anyone to flex about, the fans don't want him.
You would think a club of that level would get excited about signing a coach from serie A but it's had the opposite reaction.
