Imagine people still thinking coaches/players choose to sign up for teams for the 'love of the club'

Allegro chose Juve because he is loyal to Agnelli. Agnelli rewarded him with 4 years of guaranteed money and made him one of the highest paid coaches in the world.

He is 'defending' the club because he represents the club. It's the least he's expected to do. He's an employee and while (unfortunately) being the face of the club he HAS to protect our interests.

Afterall this is the same guy who was protecting Milan's interests a decade ago with his 'Gol di Muntari' verbal vitriol. I wouldn't blame him in this scenario. He's Milan's employee and he was instructed what to do.

Yeah maybe there might some affection involved towards a certain organization if you spend enough time at that particular company but this shouldn't be mistaken for the bigger motivation which is and always will be money.

So stop parading around with this 'love of the club' BS. He is a corporate employee and acting like one. This shouldn't be glorified and he doesn't deserve any sympathy or gratitude for this.

He has caused both reputational and financial damage to the club and needs to be ousted regardless. If a performance review was conducted fairly, he would've been canned a long time ago. Maybe even sued him for the damages caused. Unfortunately the board of directors are just as bad as him.

There is bigger icompetency higher up the ladder. Lets solve this first.
Allegro is part of that group buddy.

Way too much financial damage caused because of him.

Won't even go into how JJ as a business enterprise has become so unattractive and unfavorable for fans/customers because of him.

We cant just keep burning coaches every season.

We cant just keep burning coaches every season.
And we can't let the rot to continue. The rot that started with Tici and Agnelli and should end with Allegro.

The damages caused are bigger than Pirlo and Sarri combined. We are a certified mid-table team now.

Continuing with Allegro is unsustainable from both financial and sporting sense, the latter which continues to be non-existent.

It looks like Elkann is doing favours to Allegro by keeping him in the job. This is bordering on corruption. A big corporate entity like JJ shouldn't operate like this. All the shareholders must be fuming at this point.

Im still waiting for the list of coaches who could have failed so miserably in 2 years.

Some Serie B coach was mentioned, alright, likely candidate for the title.
you are still comparing him to coaches, or even human beings. broaden your horizon. if we had an orangutan on bench, we would have much better results and performance. without the constricting tactics and instructions, players would figure out how to play on their own, enjoy doing their jobs. and instead of a hellhound screaming them from the sides, this funny looking hairy thing minding his own business on the bench would give them moral support.

Allegri: “When I returned, I knew it would be difficult to win again right away, last year we lost two finals, this year we have raised many young players. It always depends from which perspective you judge the seasons. We need patience to start the winning cycle."

Midtable? We are 3rd with good chance to end uo 2nd. I see your point but lets not exaggerate. I think you overestimate the importance of managers in todays football. They make a difference as it was obvious moving from Conte to Al-legri back in 2014 but if you give him shit to work with, he wont produce miracles. People moan about giving playing time to De Sciglio or Sandro as if we have WC talent wasted on the bench. Our player of the season is fucking Rabiot. Should he have done better? Definitely. But since his return the quality of the squad is subpar and he became more conservative, focused on not conceding.

Allegri : "Inferences are made when we lose. For me it's fun to end up in the crosshairs of criticism also difficult to understand the criticism: one day, when maybe I'm gone, you'll have to target someone else.”

The standings don't tell you the whole story. Besides we're talking about a league that has teams which are very inconsistent and have very low financial clout.

Our approach to the game these days is like a provincial team. Defending in your own half all through the season against poor quality teams is just unacceptable.

Won't say this is a great squad but Allegro has practically made up his mind that this is the only way he can get the team to play and achieve results.

This is where he has completely lost the plot. Even the few remaining top players in the team are being affected by his regressive tactics and gameplay.

The net result in the end is a big zero. This team can't defend 1-0's. You adapt, readjust tactics, reform gameplay to the players you've got, not the other way round.

We don't have the resources to give him 10 new players so the coach has to make the most of the available resources which Allegro has proven to be incapable of.

We need to kick him out before the market value of our young players drops even further and we end up having no money to finance our mercato's.
