protect who from what and how did that translate to the field, making you claim this? lol
He calls it belief. I believe the appropriate term is delusion.

Hes done well to protect the players from the media circus. Once things settle down, results will follow. #believe

Its gonna be difficult the next few years for you as Al-legri will most likely stay until the end of his contract.
I don't know what the fuck you're so happy about. The longer this Dingo stays, the more irrelevant we become, both domestically and continentally - it's nothing to celebrate.

If the only condition for this avaricious fucker to depart is failure to qualify for the CL, then I hope we lose to Sevilla and finish 5th.

Missing out on the CL for one year to mitigate the disastrous consequences of continuing with this abomination further is definitely worth it in the long run.

It's a tough spot to be in - like choosing between a turd sandwich and drinking your own piss - but I'll take the piss as opposed to the turd sandwich (Failegri).

Im neither happy or unhappy. Its the reality of situation we are in. Hes gonna stay regardless of CL qualification imo and you shouting insults at him aint gonna change that. So at this point I can only hope we get better and start winning again.

There should be no way in hell that he's allowed to stay if we fail to qualify for the CL - his tenure so far has been an abject failure. The bare minimum of CL qualification not being secured is beyond monumental and catastrophic failure. If management are seriously willing to accept/tolerate that to save a few million, when the LT damage would be far greater, then I hope no season tickets are sold for next season, and the stadium remains haunted for the remainder of this season and next. Perhaps then, the idiots who are "running" this club will finally wake the fuck up and take notice.

Those are all improbable scenarios and if you like to vent in this way and will make you feel better, go ahead. Fans will ofc buy season tickets and support this club regardless of who will sit on the bench. Bigger issue than Al-legri are clowns running Italian football. The next TV deal will be worse I assume. As long as the old geezers are running the scene, serious investors will stay away from Italy.

IDK if this was already posted, but holy shit.. instead of boycotting DAZN, fans should boycott Juve instead until he is sacked. At this point he is causing more damage than Chine and Gravina combined.

I have a hypothetical.

Let’s say we ugly scrape our way to Europa League title this year and then fix our FBs and depth out wide in attack this summer, some of the young players make a big step in development, and next year Allegri wins the league with ~90 pts and plays CL QFs or better.

I doubt any of that happens, but if it does… Do we all have to apologize for hating on the man so hard?
Win Europa Cup? With our performances? LMAO. Sevilla will put 5 past us.

And even in an unlikely scenario we win it we should throw him out like a garbage bag. He has been shit in his last two years before he was fired, he has been shit for two years now in every serious club he would have been fired already. And winning this shit league is hardly an achievement, even Milan and Napoli managed to win it after decades.

Oh, I agree he should be gone at the end of the season 100%. And I don’t think we’re gonna win EL either. But sounds like management doesn’t think he should be gone from all reports, so we may be stuck with him.

My hypothetical did not end with Europa League though, just to clarify. Seeing as he’s probably going to be here next year, barring further abject disaster. It was under assumption that we win also win the league next year and play CL QFs or better for the first time since he was last here. That’s the standard for a successful season here. One that Allegri’s previous tenure set. If he gets back to that next year after winning EL this year, should he be fired in summer 2024?

He loves that big fat paychek
Yeah, I call bullshit.

He's lost it and his 2nd stint here has been a disaster, but he clearly cares a lot for that club, you hear it in how he defends the club off the pitch and how he acts on the sidelines during matches.

Peeps who upvoted that shit gotta be either blind, american, and/or only follow Jj by checking results on whoscored.

People shouldn't be falling for his antics off the pitch. He knows that he is held in extremely poor regard by the fans (bar the usual diehards); it's natural that he'll try to charm them with such comments. It's easy to sway a fan base back into your favour by telling them what they want to hear.

Rabiot is no different. He attempts to monopolise the post-game rage by being openly critical of referee decisions on social media, making jibes at the opponents e.t.c.. In doing so he acts as a voice for the fans. Doesn't mean that he genuinely cares about the club. He knows that his place is at stake and needs to regain some support.

If he stays beyond this season I don't care what happens to this club, might as well end 7th for the next decade. He made me hate this club, not even calciopoli and Bonucci managed to do it.

Rabiot's place is at stake? He's first choice in midfield, unquestionably, and he's going to leave at the end of the season.
