Hes done a great job utilizing young players. I dont think he was as reluctant before, just the the quality wasnt there and we had stronger team in the past. My grudge against him are weird subs, even last night at one point the team lost balance, then fortunately he fixed it towards the end and injuries that generally plague his teams. The same issue he had in Milan.
What the hell are you crying about. I’m not a hater nor throater, for me it’s nothing personal. I want a stable manager who’s able to play youth and bring decent football. If he’s wrong about something I will criticise him, if he did good I will praise him. By no means I will fill pages about his flaws or his records in the past just to defend/hate him because I like/dislike him.

Matter of preferance which is ok. I like when a manager shows emotions. Was it against Cagliari when we almost conceded at the end, while leading 3-2 away, in his 1st season, that he threw a jacket on the floor? Loved that moment.

When Conte does it it is passion, but Allegri has problems
When Conte takes challenging jobs or wants to go back to Juve he loves a challenge or he loves Juve, but Allegri is a coward and knows he would get sacked everywhere else

Allegri says young players are not as mature or ready as older ones, but yours and others first line of defense for young players is "they are young, let them grow, they will learn" ie literally what Max said.
If we conceded late last night this thread would be full of people blaming Allegri for it, not Kean or Rugani or Rabiot or Kostić or Miretti, but Allegri. He is first in line for criticism so he gets to do what he thinks is best for the team and live with those decisions and consequences.
Brazil was knocked out of WC very late, Inter conceded last night from a very similar situation so I would say he is very much in his right to react any way he wants.

And they should not be used to whitewash otherwise poor performances that won't hold up in the long term. Everybody apart from you throaters can see that this game isn't sustainable and is bound to crack eventually, unless we see some visible progression in the way we play, which hasn't been the case yet.

We had that win secured and then in added time Bonucci scored an own goal and afterwards we gave them an opportunity for 3:3. That's when Allegri lost it and threw his jacket

You are beating the same bush for a long time now. Your expectations that in the next game(s) we would drop points never really materialized. I see a clear progress to team at the start of campaign and the results keep following. After 8 straight wins and clean sheets only a hater would call our wins lucky.
I dont get why this is a big deal. Its his job to hold them accountable, how to do it is different from coach to coach (and for me most approaches are fine, some coaches tell player this during training, others do it during the game) , but its needs to be done.
Because we seen what happens when our players switch off and act lazy/indifferent in end of game sitautions. Dybala losing ball/letting it go out lazily end of Lazio game last season (or the one before? think actually it was Simeone Inzaghi was their coach so years ago?) , same throw in Lazio then score from. Or the fuckery that happend a year ago, vs Sassuolo, at home, leading them to score the winning goal with the final play of the game. All because we were so just so entitledly lazy end of game, like it was over already.
Allegri is overly pragmatic, but its necessary, the game isnt over til fat lady sings, and you need all the arsenal in your armour to make sure you get the result, including playing it safe or time waisting end of games. Its his purpose to instruct them on that, we judge him on it. Keep them mentally focused on the task. And a young player needs it more because they arent used to sitautions like that. It wasnt a big deal, but Soule didnt cover the ball and lost it needlessly. And after Allegri shouted at him, he adapted and held on to the ball near corner flag later, making sure we get the corner.
And he didnt get a yellow for shouting at his own player, he got the yellow for going outside the technical zone. It was prolly not the first time during the game, so he was penalised for it.

I don't remember Allegri reacting like that in other seasons, so it clearly means a lot. Even more so in a struggling season because it's not the same if we drew last night or in 14/15, 17/18 etc. A draw last night ruins all the work done in 7 games before and ruins the mood before Napoli completely. In other years it is a normal bump in the road.

I mean people should really understand why he gets pissed, we have witnessed so many cases of our players just switching off in final minutes and carelessly inviting back the opponents with opportunities when they should just gotten better care of the ball. Unforced errors because they mentally switched off like they already won.
I remember one match, it was 1-2 years after we came back from serie B. We played in CL against some of the Maccabis, I think it was Haifa. The ref gave 5 extra minutes. Camoranesi and Diego held the ball near Maccabi's corner flag for 4 of those 5 minutes.
