But what is your take on it if it happens?

Are we back to dismissing everything we read just because we don't want it to be true? This rumor has been going around for a while and the more it shows up, the more likely it is to be true.
how could it happen though? there are no fergusons in modern football. juve never had any, not even lippi or trap. it's completely unrealistic

as for rumors that keep popping up, is conte back already? did we sign sergej? press love headlines, you should know better

but let's suppose that there's something to the rumors and while tuttosport went too far with the ferguson analogy, their point was that the club wants to keep allegri for long. but who's juventus now? agnelli, who already stepped down? he's probably the only allegrista of the last management... elkann, who - according to the press - is supposedly ready to sell the club, but he plans with the coach in the long run? you see, it just doesn't make sense

tuttosport: allegri 4 lyfe. other journos: conte, zidane, luis enrique. it's just a complete mess

what if it happens anyway? it would mean that the club is back to winning ways. god save us from that lol. it won't happen though: squad needs a revamp, i also think that allegri lost his mojo, he earns too much, new management will bring their own people and ideas.

again, as i said, i don't think that this rumor has any substance other than he's not getting fired soon. everything around the club is uncertain, so i won't believe any rumor until it comes from multiple more or less reliable sources at the same time

For sure Allegri is secure until the Summer and probably even beyond that because who else would be interested in the job with so many uncertainties?
Besides, the new guys are being brought in to bring order to the books, so starting with firing the manager who makes 7m net is not the best way to show you know how to save up money.
Considering the fact we need to offload a lot of high earning-players doesn't mean those wages will be offered to new, more worthy players. That way one doesn't limit the spending so in this sense the club is facing a 'downsizing project', especially with so many kids getting on board. Probably yet another reason for top coaches to say 'no thank you'.
Then you have Cherubini who is much more 'shy' than Tici (and probably even Marotta) when it comes to spending, this is also indicating some direction. Considering the situation, TS story is at least a bit more probable even if I'd like to see Max go, especially for someone like ZZ (a pipe dream even during the 'galactico' era, so imagine it now - lol).

There will be a bunch of names and those people will be the board, existing of lawyers and other people with comparable professions because we shouldn’t forget that along with Agnelli, Nedved and Arrivabene 6 other people resigned.

Then we’ll have to see who Scanavino appoints as director alongside Cherubini and as vice-president, or if Ferrero will be replaced as president

I don’t think that anyone at Juventus is talking about sacking Allegri which will cost us two seasons of gross salary at this very moment, but Allegri and Cherubini are more important than ever. Until everything is settled they keep the boat afloat

Nah. EuroMaxx was losing on purpose as Ultimate Alpha power play to force board out and take over club on the sporting level. Now he gonna build the greatest club side in history and lead us to eternal glory.
That’s a strange yet interesting theory. I’ll take it.

Then I’ll change my mind as soon as the season kicks off and Jihad-eye-bleeding-ball is back on the menu :scared:

This time it’s going to be the ultimate, extreme, radical, all-conquering jihadi terrorist ball. All comers will be vanquished 1-0. We shall be forever known as the jihadi invincibles for our 3 straight CL titles.

I wouldn't call it completely unrealistic. After all, the guy is still here and there aren't any laws against giving him an expanded role in that capacity, as far as I know. Sadly it seems all too realistic, especially since we cater to him and most of his demands and he's basically above the sack.

This Allegri getting more control over everything is a story that has been running since his first stint here. Kinda like Cassano to Juve rumour, it’s one that never dies and but never happens.

Never happens? The fact that he still has the job 1.5 years into this disastrous stint, and somehow survived the whole management's resignation speaks to his power within the organization

Meanwhile Scanavino confirms at yesterdays shareholder meeting that fourth place is enough to keep Max Allegri on the Old Lady’s bench plus more involvement of Allegri in the transfer market (@tuttosport) .

New Juventus, full power to Allegri: at least until June. The coach will have the control over the technical area: he has to protect the squad and win a trophy.
