Nothing, he probably already lost majority of Players with his post match comments, ig will only get worse IMO

First it seems like the players don't trust the coach , the don't understand wtf does he wants out of them ,they have no motivation or desire at all the don't have any confidence,
so first thing first cut down the head of the snake, which is allegri head , he is like a dead plant that you can revive , he will keep contaminating others, I don't know what will help , but keeping him will just make things worse ,unfortabtly those players need some psychological help. this squad is talented ,very talented , conte will make way more powerful team then he created before with this squad, he only needs 2 full back.
the only thing that can be done at this moment is fire allegri ,he is bad players are confused lacking confidence , playing fucking slow...
of course having pogo and cheisa back should improve things as well,
vs Maccabi he changed formation/style 4 times before the minutes 30 ...
