I understand those DNA talk but don't buy it. It's all and only about certain people (mainly mgmt and coach) making certain decisions and doing certain things to achieve certain goals in different period of times. The ways vary so do the goals, and the club is always there.

Juventus have never been the beuatifuls. And never should the try to be. Their DNA is different.
They will never reach another CL-final again basing their football on so called pretty football. They cant compeet in that area.

Saying 'we don't play beautiful' as a means to justify Allegri's garbage football is ridiculous and dumb. Guy parks the bus against Serie B farmers these days despite the massive talent gap and in turn clearly driving away any new, enthusiastic football fan who would want to support the club.

Since Agnelli is all about the growth of JJ brand, hiring Allegri has hurt our 'brand' in more ways than one.

None, their DNA was mid table or yo-yo team who won nothing, so a completely clean slate. I remember day one when their owners took over that people thought with the finances of a country behind them there's a strong possibility of them dominating English football. However I don't get quite the same feeling with Newcastle despite the Saudis being richer, as there is so much more money in the PL now and density of teams with money, so it's harder to become a dominant team. But they'll obviously become very strong because that's what that kind of money does.

Liverpool is a good comparison for Juve, even with the big financial disadvantage we have in Serie A. Liverpool won millions of trophies in the 1970s and 80s playing often good football but also many games by the odd goal built on a strong defence, quite boring and defensive when needed, back in the days where you could pass back to the keeper. So they don't really have an identity. Klopp is an attacking coach but he's evolved his Liverpool team even since he's been there, they were quite amateurish in how they attacked in his earlier years and have become more rounded.

Truth is we can win by playing defensive or rounded football, there is no difference. It's not like the team just plays attack, attack all the time and that means good football. We played some great football with Allegri prior to these last 2 and a bit seasons, but he seems like the sort of coach who excels in having good players for his system. I thought him a problem solver who could make a good team out of the wrong pieces, but he is really struggling with this idea in the past two seasons.

I was too young to follow Juve back then but I've watched replays of our CL runs a few times and a few Serie A games from that time. Grinta, class and technique. 2012 Bayern ain't got nothing on that team.

Coincidentally the most successful period of Juventus in CL.

everything is shit about this club lately and its not only Allegri - at home we are playing like on a picnic - no support and away fans can easily make more support than ours. Injuries - we are plagued with those and its not even funny anymore. We are stripped of fair 3 points by VAR. There is really nothing positive about this club lately. Im still not really sure Allegri is the main antagonist here, but maybe a change in his position would bring us some fresh air.
Its apparent players dont care about each other too - there is no chemistry between them.

Well, everything else has been tried.

The reason why I never 'bought' the "Sarri and Pirlo were fired after winning trophies" reason to fire Allegri is because ALLEGRI was fired after a really good and dominant season domestically, after 5 years of dominance and great football actually.

Now, in a vacuum, Allegri deserves to get sacked today. No questions asked. But it doesn't work in a vacuum. There's the question of the replacement, of the financial part of it and to me the most importantly of finally persevering through something.

As I said in the beginning everything else has been tried. Fired 3 coaches who won trophies in a row, signed big and small players, changed management, spent big and small on wages, changed the medical staff more than once etc. Literally the only thing that wasn't tried was sending a message to the players and staying put with the coach. You can either get in line or gtfo.

And I am not saying you need Mbappe and Haaland to get better results, to beat Samp etc. But you also don't need the mix of SAF, Pep and Mourinho to motivate you, to be upset after Salernitana and show up in a decisive UCL game, to take a look in the mirror and do the bare minimum of your job on the pitch, to run back when Benfica is on a counter etc.

I agree that when a coach loses the locker room it is time to go. But a winning, healthy locker room full of champions. Not one consisting mostly of players who wouldn't sniff the worst of the 9 Scudetti in a row teams or players who are leaving at the end of this season. The only players you can say with (almost) certainty will be here next season are the GKs, Danilo, Bonucci, Bremer, Gatti, Locatelli, Pogba, Miretti, Chiesa, Kostić and Vlahović. Some are expiring, some are not good enough, some will be forced out, some are on loans etc. I am not sure how many of those would be in the 'lost them' part of the locker room, if that's even true.

Again, not to make it like the players are all at fault and Max is doing great, but we once again have the situation where the coach deserves looking at and the players deserve looking at. We went the coach route 3 times now, in every one of the previous instances there was talk of them losing the locker room. Maybe it's time we take the players route for once and let them lose themselves for a bit.

Start from scrath like roma and milan maybe the only answer:

- 1st jj need strong persona like mourinho or maldini
- Then from there owner should implement new idea which is crucial to modern football, the basis is gegenpressing system which is easy to inexperience players
- Steal scouting team from other club club like dortmund or lille, scouting talents from abroad is the key to gather young inexpensive players.
- A coach should be someone who understand and smart to those criteria above, maybe de zerbi, i like how he manage sassuolo back then.

Allegri is still coach just because sarri-> pirlo were sacked. If this would be in a different sequence, like pirlo->max->sarri the story would be different. Also his previous successes wouldnt make the difference. Really poor management and poor decisions with coaches...
