Lol, this is the exact issue that got us here.
2019: Who cares which manager we hire, just sack Allegri.
2020: Who cares which manager we hire, just sack Sarri.
2021: Who cares which manager we hire, just sack Pirlo.

This club has lacked vision for more than 5 years. There is no long term plan other than, sack the manager if he doesn’t get the results, and buying players even if they are a terrible fit for our team.
We didn't buy players that are a bad fit but they're all injured and we didn't buy enough of them. Or we let go too many guys...

Why the fuck does he keep resting players and changing the line up every game? No consistency and so many points dropped already.

If players are fatigued at this stage of the season that's on the management... Brain dead management

The difference now is that Allegri is basically the most anti-football option there is. And we have him as coach. So no, really, it doesn’t matter who we hire.
It really does. Some people here want Italiano. The dude is destroying Fiorentina. And Pirlo, who some people here prefer over Allegri, is relegation fodder in Turkey.
We need someone who is a winner with a proven track record. Not many options out there except Zidane and Tuchel (who has a pretty mediocre league record).

100%

The next appointment has to be thought out and planned. We can't just rush into "anyone but Allegri", it is not going to solve problems and we'll be in the same position in a year's time unless we get lucky by finding the right coach.

Management? What about our fitness coaches. This is horrible stuff...

This can be turning point of our season.
If we can draw anything positive, after going 2-0 down, we fought back and were robbed of a win. We shouldnt put ourselves in that position to begin with though. But for once I was at the edge of my seat, stark contrast to dull displays we have witnessed over the last few years. If we enter every game with a mindset of the last 10 minutes, we would be steamrolling our opposition. We have enough quality but are too timid and cautious at times until shit hits the fan.
