City had a negative net spend this season yet it's common knowledge they are among the clubs with the biggest budget in the PL and can spend when they need to.
The highest paid player at Milan is fucking Origi at 4M net.
Inter only have Lukaku and Brozovic who are paid higher than 6M net.
Meanwhile, more than half our starting eleven earn above the 6M wage bracket and this includes players purchased in Allegri's tenure - Pogba, Paredes, Di Maria and Vlahovic.
Neither Milan, Inter or Napoli can afford to spend on player salaries like we do.
Our operating income is way higher than any Serie A club and that's the reason we were able to recruit so many players on huge salaries in the first place. The players that Allegri himself requested.
No matter who we sign, it has been the same old problem. No gameplan, no intensity, no cohesion, confused players running like headless chickens. This is all on Allegri and we've seen the same old stuff for the last 14 months.
No wonder we look so physically weak and lethargic when facing high intensity teams.
If like you say, Allegri's grand plan of 'building a winning culture' is by setting up the team not to lose, then I think he needs to take a permanent vacation from football.

Kinks that will get worked out IMO. Growing pains with a lot of new players. Impossible to plan around getting your key players back once every 2 games or in a few months .
