Even with CR here we knew big changes had to be made at all levels. Getting max back and CR out was a big piece of that puzzle. Nothing is going to happen over night.

we can win the double next year and RUS will be here “but no CL”…
Ronaldo changed everything. Some only look at paper and stats, so they don't realize the actual reality. Ronaldo when he arrived changed the whole team dynamic, which isn't necessary bad, if you have the team and funds to support it. And when he left, he changed the whole team dynamic again. It wasn't just losing a WC striker without replacement, the whole team bended for him. So without him, others needed to step up and come out of their comfort zone. Become leaders. But those others (excluding Chiesa and Cuadrado) just aren't good enough. Dybala as the "center of the project" scored or assisted in 16 games this season, out of 46. So with Ronaldo gone, Chiesa hurt for more than half a season, there was no one to carry us up front.

klopp: "It was a very difficult game for different reasons against a wild opponent.
"I know people don't like it when I say it, but the wind came from all different directions.
"It didn’t help any football play, especially when the ball was in the air, which it was a lot."

We did the right call after the final with him but sadly took him back after a year. Spinazzola wasnt/isnt good enough. Cancelo was more detrimental to the team that year. His fuckup led to Ajax's equalizer and many times during the season he'd start opponents counterattack.... We needed a proper midfield, a LB and CB. We faced Ajax with Rugani leading the backline ffs, Pjanic who looked dead every game past 60 minute. The managment focused on CR, while not adressing more pressing issues.
Don't forget the year before. 80M on two RWs, while we had Cuads already. Matuidi instead of a mezzala. Losing Dani Alves and getting De Sciglio. The domino effect of many mercatos we see now

it wasn't even a counter, he had a poor first touch control after Ajax's long ball, then it was complete miscommunication between players, Rugani should have played more agressive to block Neres' shot with his weak foot and Tek late reaction.
ffs

ffs
here, he should have played more agressive, Chiellini would have murdered Neres. and it seems like he didn't know that Neres is left footed

It's clear that you've said some stupid shit and now you are trying to shrug it off
so, your age? education? you're 30+ and without a degree, right? zero finance or accounting class ever, right? your questions don't even make sense.

how do you expect yourself to understand how the balance sheet and the income statement work? do you realize the role wages and amortization have? of course not. any idea how plusvalenza is calculated? zero, obviously.

just a few basic questions: explain to me how plusvalenza is calculated, why juve wanted to sell cancelo before the 1st of july that summer, what was the reason for the spina-pellegrini swap, why juve didn't need 80+ millions of sales to be able to afford de ligt, and how ronaldo's and de ligt's arrival affected the balance sheet. anyone with a basic understanding of juve's finances can easily answer these in 5 minutes. a quick google won't help.

It also changed how we have played for 3 years. We played to feed Ronaldo chances. 3 years of our attackers looking to get the ball to Ronaldo in and around the box. And our summer prep this year also probably had Ronaldo at the centre of our attack. So losing him without any replacement and these guys think it doesn’t change a thing lol.

I am asking you again - how does wages affected the need to swap Cancelo with Danilo to get +30m plusvalenza?

Its like asking from Arhur to play a vertical pass, or from Rabiot to be more fearsome in duels.
RUS actually thinks Arthur is just being played in the wrong position. Apparently he shouldn’t play deep but should be upfield as a Mezzala or a CAM. That inability to forward pass will be great in those roles! :lol2:

Ok so you're saying with Chiellini instead of Rugani we don't concede that goal, and we progress because of that?
With Mandzukic and Chiellini healthy we definitely progress and then beat Tottenham obviously. But we would have lost to Pool in the final. Our squad wasn’t close to theirs.

Leaving first week of the season was devastating. He played in nearly all our games last 3 seasons and scores 100 goals (under Allegri he was actually the most involved, you go and look at the comments from his thread, whenever he didn't score how well he played), then you remove him. Look at the Udinese game even, we were 2-2 because of stupid mistakes and then he comes in and wins it (well, almost). Incredible how people don't understand the lack of that impact, the ability to win games by himself
