It’s what I hated about Sarri. Allegri used to be tactically one of the more flexible managers. Dunno what happened, maybe the roster he was given isn’t allowing him to experiment as much. Either way they have to figure it out because one more year of this roster/setup would be torture.

I think the management told him that a top 4 position is the minimum requirement for him to not get streeted. Since we’ve been chasing that spot for the whole season with little room for error, he’s being even more cautious than usual.

Allegri spoke about the defeat after the match and claimed that they made some mistakes and could have taken more advantage of their opponents to get a better result from the game.

Problems is the only improving things under Allegri is possessions, the others mentioned above us truly lower than Pirlo's, Sarri and even his last season days

So yeah, he does not even the shadow of himself this season. We can put a goat in trousers and get better result if we buy top level players like SMS to compliment this squad let alone Allegri

We didnt feel the like of Klopp impact that Liverpool fans felt in his first year to justify Allegri 2nd stint with us this season. We are on the bring of our lowest achievement in the last decade, if he still not change the approach.

And our injury record under him is probably one of the worst too. There must be some correlation in their training routine to make those players more risk to injured late in the game. Some injury happen after the players run fast, can't timing their movement right cmiiw I think only Kennie one is a hard tackle from opponent. So much muscular injury that happen on the course of this season

Agree, I think ten Hag model manager will suit the vision of our club better

If we stay with Allegri we need to find club to develop our youngsters, but with no option just dry loan (lower to no fee if they played the player for x minutes) as win2 solution

Example 450mins played(approx 5 matches) fee 2m, 900mins played fee 1m, 1800 mins++ no loan fee. Salaries paid by them. We need to formulate how much the loan club give our players opportunity in the field. The more they give chances for our players we will support them even more in future years

I don’t recall it being ‘pussy’ football. IMO it was tactically inflexible with no plan B, which meant a persistence with sticking to a 3-5-2 even when it wasn’t working.

Kind of summed him up then, If Plan A is not working, then the team needs to work harder at Plan A because there was no Plan B. Don’t think he’s evolved much since aside from adapting a 3-5-2 to a 3-4-3 at times.
