Yeah they did suck, but eventually you have to wonder why we always have this problem. Do we need better forwards?
We did. Now we have Vlahovic. We never had problems scoring goals to the degree we do this year when we had Ronnie or Higuain. So I suppose we shall see over the last 13 matches of the season if we get back to our usual 75-80 goal pace. Instead of this season’s 55 goal pace pre-Vlahovic lol

which is? zakaria instead of rabiot was the only questionable choice. i wasn't a fan of the late subs, but for today, that was our best 11 probably. we still created a lot, too bad for those misses. we should have won the game based on what we created.
Your first and second sentences are contradictory.

Allegri: “We missed a lot of good chances, we had a good second half. The team believed in it until the end with the goal of Danilo, who had an incredible match.”

the starting XI was fine. They did a great job at everything but finishing. Max’s disaster was not adjusting much earlier in the 50-60 minute area and then making stupid subs to begin when he did
It was fine but could be better. Also not making subs until they scored was a strong indication he was fine with a draw. Unacceptable imo.

Atalanta is a team who likes to press the opposition midfield. It is clear that a player like Arthur should have started. What i don't understand is, even if you don't start him, you see Locatelli isn't having the greatest of games so why not sub him. The Kean sub made no sense for me but the craziest part was that the second Malinovsky was subbed on that Atalanta started to take the game over yet he still waited 20mins to make a sub.

Yeah, we can all agree his subs were off tonight, except Jager

I hoped for a win tonight, Juve of old would have nicked it but unfortunately we didnt take some of our chances and they scored an absolute screamer. After that and mind boggling subs we lost a balance and never looked like we could get something out of this game. An away draw isnt a bad results. A loss would have been catastrophic for our CL hopes and team's morale.

Massimiliano Allegri: “It would’ve been disappointing to lose a game after playing so well We made mistakes in our finishing and the final ball, there were three minutes of terror just before half-time on the counter after we lost the ball cheaply and De Ligt threw himself in the way twice.

“The second half was better, paradoxically when we were meant to score, we got the pass wrong, Atalanta were on the counter and Malinovskyi did well to win that free kick. It was an extraordinary goal and Danilo scored a great equaliser.

“Scudetto? It was impossible even before this game. There are too many points to claw back from three teams. We just try to improve our performances and we need to make a step forward when we have that final ball to turn a chance into a goal. That’s where we need to do better,” told DAZN.
