Squad and first 11 are short on goals for sure. Right now, not even a prolific goal-scorer can change Juve because the mids can't score at all. Dybala needs to stay injury free and start scoring, otherwise 2 goal-scoring players needed asap.
Also if Bernadeschi plays in front 3, probability of scoring goes down considerably. Should have played him in Rabiot's place like earlier in the season.

What’s this nonsense about Allegri only coaching ready teams or great players? He surely benefited from Conte’s work (Marotta’s too) when he took over, but that wasn’t the case with Cagliari and most definitely not with Milan who should thank him for their only league title since smart phones were invented.

True, Allegri probably wasn't the right coach to hire considering the current team. Defensively he's good, but offensively he lets players have freedom and doesn't believe in movements or attacking schemes. More of a 'let the players do their thing'. And since our players are not creative except for Chiesa and Dybala (and Dybala doesn't combine that much with others), we haven't lined them up often and when we do they are doing their own thing on their own. With the team we had back then stacked with quality it was possible to create, this one is a black hole.

That's not it, freedom he gives them is not the problem.

It is the lack of consistency in their roles. Chiesa literally played 3 positions yesterday. Dybala was a ST or CAM all season, yesterday played on the wing until Kulusevski came in. Rabiot is a LM all season, McKennie played RM for parts of the game yesterday etc.

These players need consistency, not to be thrown around every which way. Find a formation, find consistent roles and stick with it.

BUT I don't think a change of coach would do us good. No one would be interested. Hopefully Allegri finds a solution.

Again, no doubt that we have a weak squad. It's also quite important to stress out that we're financially pretty fucked up imo, which makes Allegri signing even worse considering his wages. Seems like wasted money. If everyone was aware he's not the right coach when it comes to rebuilding the squad I just wonder why we took him. What's the point of having a coach who can only work with great players? Getting to those great players seems like a long road for us.

Kind of agree with you there. I would have liked to have had ZZ as coach. But I'm not sure how he would have done with the trash we have here.
