Allegri haters jumping in this thread. Napoli had 1 or 2 opportunities. We’re just toothless.

Allegri isn’t Jesus Christ, he can’t turn water into wine. The limitations of these players is apparent for all to see, he can’t turn Berna into Salah, Rabiot into De Bruyne and Morata into Lewandowski.

What a stubborn cunt he has become. Speechless.

Only sensible football we've played all year has been in 4231. Not only does he start 3 mids, he literally did everything possible and imaginable to avoid going to 4231 during the game.

His reading of the games is gone. He just piles on bad decisions after one another. Wrong formation, wrong players. What kind of message does it send that Morata amid demanding a transfer out during a crucial part of the season not only starts, but is unsurprisingly useless, especially in the second half, and then still plays 80 minutes ffs.

What does it say that his immediate reaction to being down at half is to go back to 442 with Chiesa in attack and McKennie as RW. Then immediately after scoring for 1-1 pulls Chiesa back in 433 on the right and we don't cross the center half until last 5 minutes again?

What is the point of De Sciglio whose only strength is that cross he has from the left so late in the game when you're pulled back? He didn't come close to the 16 yard box.

Why wasn't Dybala in at the half? Why are Berna and Morata allowed to make literally thousands of mistakes without consequences? What is the point of Rabiot anymore?

I never expected much from this season, but I just can't anymore. This is not a good team by any means, but Allegri's mistakes are just compounding the issue so much

Then maybe don't fucking put them on a pedestal and give them as much, if not more than those guys, leash to be absolutely useless for so long.

But our play in final third is extremely poor there is no literally no understanding between our players.

That's the problem...

Team is awful, management awful, balance is awful and he is still a huge dud this season. All those things can be true.

Fought for him tooth and nail, still believe he will do good in the future, begged for two years he gets any job just so I can root for him again, anywhere. But he has been as disappointing as many players this season. No two ways about it

That’s because we have 4 positions on the pitch (LB, CM x2 and wherever the hell Bernardeschi is) where we are fielding players that lack footballing intelligence and ability. These players just aren’t good enough. They probably do ok in training - but in training they are playing against our defence…

That's the problem...
It’s one of them, but lately we’ve improved in that area. Sadly though a defence that falls at the first hurdle and an attack that can’t even get there is a damaging combination

I don’t want to see those clowns anywhere near the field but the problem is…. Who do you play on the left instead of Berna?? Rabiot? Dybala (proven so many times he can’t perform there)? Kulu??

Who do we play instead of Sandro? Pellegrini?? De Sciglio?

Who do we play instead of Rabiot?? Bentancur?? Arthur??? Ramsey???

the reality is that our squad selection is the equivalent of a menu that contains; Cow shit sandwich, Pig shit on toast or a Horse shit burger

Allegri - “We played a good game, we were a bit hasty at times. After the equaliser we put the pressure on, then we started to play the ball less frequently. The Serie A ranking is unchanged, let's look at the positive side."

Allegri - “We need to start scoring a few more, even with the midfielders. We'll get there little by little. Rabiot? He did quite well then he got lost. We're fifth in the table and we've only scored 28 goals, we need to work on that with patience and calmness."

There's too many wholes to fill in this team, it's insane. Woj has become a liability, Alex Sandro should've been replaced 2 seasons ago, McKennie and Rabiot have 0 business over here. Bernardeschi has made a step forward, but far from Juve material and Morata's time here is up (and he even knows that)

You can't really do anything with this squad.

The only thing I have on my mind is, sell MDL for big bucks and re-invest back in the squad. He's going to be WC in the future but this team needs fixing before becoming a regular challenger for top 4 spots again.

There's a huge "culture" problem, not sure how that can be solved without getting rid of a bunch of players. Our issues are not technical or tactical imo we just lost our identity. I think allegri is balancing the 2, getting results somehow, and at the same time reshaping our identity without rocking the boat too much. Our group is just not strong enough to handle pressure.
