He is on loan, it's very much up to him that he was extended. It's not like he is a terrible striker either, he scored or assisted 20 goals in Serie A last season and 14 in Atletico in around 25 performances. You cannot only point at the players for bad performances because there is someone who chooses the starting lineup and puts him over Kean or Kaio up top. It's also up to Allegri to choose the tactical set-up.
Morata is performing like a black hole - every time the ball gets to him and he loses it. Cuadrado can't make a cross to save his life at the moment. Chiesa is also under performing, all other players are not really that impactful. Whatever tactics you choose with a lame squad - there is not much a coach can do. With this squad the best we can hope is a heroic display like Greece on Euro 2004, this is our level. But we are Greece from 2004 and players like Karagounis are out of form.

Deserves? Are you a fan of Juve or a fan of a person? We are not a charity organization. We sacked him for a reason I assume, the heavy decline started with him and he completely lost the players in the end. 2 years sabbatical later (whatever he has been doing), now he deserves 4 years salary at Juve, because of extending the winning streak started by Conte and getting close to CL (4-5 years ago).

This is the thinking and HR policy that has ruined the club as well, in my opinion. Giving out long and random contract extensions to fossils (who did something in the past).
Absolutely he deserves the contract, in the same way he didn’t deserve to be fired when he won the league - what a stupid decision that was. That summer he asked for a clear out but the idiots Nedved and Paratici thought the squad was complete so pressured Agnelli to fire him. What a disastrous decision that was. That is the moment Juventus lost our identity and tried to change philosophy to be some Barca replica.

You use the term ‘deserves’ - well you tell me 11 players in this squad that ‘deserve’ to be at Juventus? I’m a fan of Juventus above anything else, I ask questions of everyone on our payroll. I’m not saying Allegri has done a superb job in this stint - he’s done a below average job so far in his 3 months… some of these players have been here 3+ years and they have done a disgraceful job.

The rotting core of this squad is not the fault of Allegri but the rotting core is the biggest issue

And you are forgetting Princess Dybala who wants 10 million euros nett wages for next four years again I can't see why the likes lautaro martinez are happy with 6 million euros contract but Dybala wants 10 million euros this squad is full of overpaid players who do not have the drive to make the difference yesterday hellas Verona pressed non stop for 75 minutes

Thats speculation and something that surely would fit your narrative. But lets assume you are right. So what happened to the clear-out this time, after the management was wrong and took him back with much more influence now? Where was the clear-out. Why did we accumulate more shit like Rugani and De Sciglio?

Most of these rottening players are acquired during his stint. If he really is a yes-man and just let the management handle all hires and extensions, then I prefer a manager with balls who can formulate his ideas and convince our directors to join his party and give him what he wants.

But what you are saying more or less is that you dont care much what Allegri did in his last 1-2 years here (in terms of development of the team) or this year or the next 3 years. He earned his 4 year pension as a Juve coach by continuing winning Scudettos with Italys supremely best side after taking over from Conte, and by winning 2 CL semi finals. He just deserves it, and thats how our business operate.

Do you need more salt? I think you might be running out.

The lengths people will go to defend this man by shifting all the blame onto our players, yet they couldn't give the same benefit of the doubt to Sarri and Pirlo who both, at this rate, did a better job than Allegri is currently doing (not that I liked either of them)

Allegri has a track record of winning stuff, which neither Sarri, nor Pirlo has. So with them it was more like they couldn't do it before, they still can't do it.
With Allegri at least for me there is hope, that things might work out. Hell knows how, but hope is still there

Please give me one good reason to stick with allegri! Things are that bad, even worse than pre Conte!

we play so crappy football, we are lucky to even have 15 points! This 4-4-2??? Wtf is that!!

i accepted allegri cause he used to get results, but with no results - no entertainmet no player development - whats the fucking point!

Sarri and Pirlo had neither earned the benefit of the doubt that Allegri has. I don't expect people who shat on him nonstop through one of our greatest ever eras to understand that. As I've said many times, Allegri simply can't win with some people, they'll never accept the way he wins but at least winning protected him to some degree from some of the most over the top criticism. Now that the results aren't there it's the expected people who are coming out in full force.

Patience the winning cycle has ended we are in the same position as Barcelona we don't have any financial stability to make investment it is upto you to decide whether to support this club or boycott this season

Still having difficulty understanding why they brought him back 3 years after they fired him. There was a reason why he got fired(bad offense) and we're seeing the exact same thing happening once again. And its not like the man was out there showing his improved offense with another team. He essentially had a 3 year garden leave. His old contract didn't finish before we offered him another long term deal.

Our squad is not good and I agree with that. But the way we played when Conte arrived was brilliant and something we should strive for. Conte had a team with plenty of mediocrity and played way better. Not only he had a bad squad but years before his arrival we looked like absolute shit. The change of mentality was INSTANT and our players bad balls, ran their lungs out. You may like Conte or not, face it, when he arrived here we started playing amazing. With Allegri we're getting 5% of that. It's disappointing. Hell, I even wanted Allegri here but this stuff is horrible so far.

I can understand that mostly all posters are impatient and can't even support the club in tough times now everyone wants conte because they are like him when tough times arrived he is the first person to leave the club and his poor champions league record with his constant demands for signing players to suit his only one formation 3-5-2 no wonder he gets found out in Europe as he does not have a plan b
