I think most people conveniently forget that the actual downfall started with Max which eventually resulted in him getting sacked, and majority of the Juve fanbase world wide somewhat agreed that it was the right decision. Back then the team was arguably better. A shit coach like Sarri achieved the same result as Allegris last season, more or less.

How come this simple football and step-wise improvements were not implemented back then, and what makes us believe that now everything is gonna go great?
- This season started out as the worst season start in our history, just in the last 5 games have we gotten somewhat in control, at least defensively. But attack is still lacking and to be solved (which we can probably do) and we are still far behind in the league.
Personally Im not yet ready to bet on whether this season will be a success or another failure. It can go both ways, 5 times 1-0 victories (against some strong teams!) are still a small sample and what happens next time we throw points, how will we react? If we keep Inter away from noteworthy chances in next game, while staying in control and produces big chances ourselves, then I will start to believe that we can do something in Serie A this year (10 points to catch up on) + CL.

the dienfalll started because players were getting old and the board didn’t do an adequate job in replacing them. We lost Pirlo, Vidal, Marchisio, and Pogba one after the other and replaced them with players running on fumes, like Khedira and Matuidi.

It can also be interpreted as him being pissed we were not smart and didn't keep the ball as much as we should, allowing for a stupid free kick in the end.

Berna was good at keeping the ball and drawing fouls recently and players like Arthur, Cuadrado, Chiesa and Kulu must also take this responsability in key closing moments of matches.

I thought the same thing, but apparently he did it because he was a bit pissed about the performance, but instead of confronting the players straight after the match he wanted to give them a chance to celebrate before he talked to them in the locker room.

Yeah, when we want to change the ground truth, then its convenient to just deny . There is nothing in what I said there thats controversial or really my own opinion. Its undeniable that the club fired the shit out of Max as everything had gone south. Now we are trying to get back to a baseline, and from there, to great. Lots of unknowns yet, is what Im stating. That is unheard of though!

You said it - it's just your opinion. I don't agree that Allegri should have been fired, I don't agree that it was his fault that in 2018/19 things went down. I could defend my point of view deliberately, but looking at your constant spite against Allegri and you even have the audacity to be negative on him after he managed to shut the gates in front of our goal for 4 games in a row which is something that hasn't happened in years just shows that having a discussion with you is a complete waste of time.

And this is why it would have been awesome to have thumbs down just to spare myself some time.

Everyone can make a mistake in judgement but thankfully many have realised their mistake and have evolved from three month old poodles to full grown EuroMaxists

I also don't think majority of the fans on here were too strongly in favour of getting rid of Allegri anyways. People were simply perhaps a bit bored and thought why not try something different. I do understand that it's not always easy to see what you've got before you lose it.
