Gasperini just another Wenger imo. I like him, but he doesn’t suit a big club. Suits smaller overachieving club where style matters more than substance. A better version of Sarri.

Of course I could be wrong, and he could be a smashing success at a big club, but I don’t really see it.

I remember reading post match comments by both Sarri and Pirlo saying how the players keep passing sideways and not following their instructions and always thought they must still playing how Max instructed them and after 5 years it's difficult to change.

Then I remember that only a handful of these players were here during Allegri's tenure so what gives?

Is it Sarri and Pirlo struggle to get their ideas across to the players or are they really untrainable and need another Conte to come in and drill them on the basics and create a winning mentality so it's a proper year zero?

Max talks to Rabiot and Ramsey on the phone regularly, they exchange SMSs as well. He's giving them advices as to how to be great players. His influence is all over this team

Love Allegri other than him I wouldn't want any Italian coach. Max is a wise guy, outsmarted most of the big coaches, though if he doesn't come back I would love to see us go for one of new German coaches, they ideas seem to work the best in current football.

Just my own feeling, I think Allegri will return to Juve if CR7 leaves. I don't see a 37 year old Ronaldo as an Allegri type of a player and certainly Max has to be the boss of the squad if we want him to succeed. The freedom of Allegri benching superstars or taking them off mid-game is one of his strengths.

Just as I said a few weeks ago. He’s definitely coming back next season. There’s a reason why he didn’t take another job this season, imo he knew that the Pirlo appointment would be a disaster and the club would come crawling back to him. I hope it happens ASAP.

Also, they better give him more say I transfers and squad building and I hope it means Paratici and Nedved are sent packing too. They’ve done enormous damage to this club over the past 3 years. Enoof is enoof.

What if the had sort of agreement? Like he wanted rest from football even he said he is to tired... ( I know it’s 000.01% of this being true but still).
