Everyone in the world thought its gonna be Pep vs Mou for the title that 1st season, except Juve fans who knew Conte. Definitely a great accomplishment, but losing the cup final was an underachievement

He did well, but this was the right time for everyone. Winning while playing like we did this year is only thanks to ronaldo, and the horrible inconsistancy of the other serie a teams

I don't care! In Italy we can pretty much let the players manage themselves and still win.
We need something different. His cycle was over after Cardiff defeat.

When I learnt that half of the team didn't talk with him anymore and wanted to leave and Allegri asked to sell half of our starters it was obvious he was a goner.
It's easier to replace a manager than 5-6players
The point is unless we have the right guy which seems a little unlikely to me but ya never know we may start a coaching carousel

His first season with Chelsea was great. Second season was really disappointing. Half way through the season he was fighting with the management, some of the players (I know it's a two way street) and ended up with no CL qualification. That's a failed season IMO.
In totality, I wouldn't call it shitting the bed, considering infighting is the norm at Chelsea and winning the title was beyond expectations

He shit the bed with Chelsea after one season, he shit the bed with the Italian national team so let's not revise history. As of now Conte is a good coach not great
Shit the bed with the national team? The worst Italian national team in 40 years actually looked good under him. He made Chelsea Champions with a team that was not Champions material. He made us Champions three years in a row in a time were other teams in Italy actually was competitive.
I dislike him and his obnoxious persona, but saying he is not a great coach is silly.

One of the best managers in circulation and there isn’t any better that are available.

Thank you Allegri for achieving what no one else could or would have in the last 5 years.

Maybe it is time for a change but you are going to be an incredibly tough act to follow

... and the two finals mentioned. Whatever you feel about this season, Allegri will go down as one of greatest all time Juve coaches. Without him, we wouldn't have been European contenders

I was pissed when the management let Conte go. One thing I've learned since then is that this is Agnelli's team and he gets it right most often than not.
The management of the club counts for a lot. Allegri was not thought a top manager before he came here. The club provided him with the resources to succeed.

let's wait and see.
To me it's either Guardiola NOW or Guardiola next season.
Everything depend on City.
And letting Allegri go to City in a trade wouldn't be a bad deal for both teams!

If not we'll get a low budget manager to kick next summer for Guardiola.
We'll win Serie A again and get into best 8 in CL

Conte: requested better transfer market strategy - contract terminated.
Allegri: requested better transfer market strategy - contract terminated.

It starts looking like a pattern. In both cases it was the matter of money and control over the team building.
