Turns out Allegri was 100% correct when he said the match against Napoli was more important for them than for us. We saved our energy for the matches the matter. Nipples burnt themselves out emotionally and physically and have collapsed entirely in the 2 matches since.

Genius Allegri lost on purpose to mentally destroy Sarri, ADL, and Napoli players. Max knows his psychology and understood what such a dramatic last second win in Turin (allowing them back into the scudetto race) would do to the Nipples psyche.

Genius level extraordinaire. :delpiero:
He also said earlier in the season a couple of times actually..."the team with the best defense will win the league"

Spot on.

So now that the final two fixtures are meaningless we can try lineups incorporating Bernardeschi and Bentancur from the start, right?
I'm pretty sure they'll both play at Roma.

In an ordinary season Pinsoglio would probably start against Verona, but Buffon deserves the start and sub.

But but but Allegri too conservative while Sarri is an attacking-minded coach.

And we still scored 11 goals more then Napoli, lul.

I think the problem is not about not winning the CL.

He commits mistakes week in week out as of late
He does and he sure uses his bench every time to turn it around

Some of the blame goes to him but most of the blame goes to our Summer transfers.

We really have an unbalanced squad and are lacking too much quality at 3 vital positions. Therefor it's too difficult to find a proper formation. This season was all all about letting the attackers do what they want. No transition from D to A or build up play. It's was all about individual quality and not passing structure

I’m truly convinced this guy is the best coach in the world. His flexibility and ability to set up any sort of team is unparalleled. He just knows what to put out there in order to win. There’s no gimmicks and having the team play a particular style, he can get them to play anything as long as there’s 11 bodies on the field.

Then what about using players who are eager to play football on the middle? Like bernardeschi and marchisio who are rotting on the bench. Specially berna? Forget even marchisio, what about betancur?

We surely are short of personnel in the middle, but using rugby players like matuidi and poachers who negelct their midfield duties like khedira, doesnt exactly scream “genius" or “masterstroke".

Next year i hope he doesnt have any excuse to field those 2, bceause for me, this is no genius.

After mastering everything there is to master in coaching skills with his squad. He has now moved to the next level, he can now remotely make our opponents to lose through devastating morale blows while they re watching our games before their upcoming game.
It all makes sense now, that's why Napoli always cried when we played first...
