If we get eliminated in the CL RO16, and fail to win Serie A, then I think it's time for a change, especially if the players don't wanna play for him anymore. I appreciate what he's done, but if he can't get the team to perform anymore, then he has to go. Unfortunately, it's the coach who usually pays the price, as it's easier to change one man than a bunch of players.

Defence is a concern but majority of the goals we're conceding is after individual mistakes. Hopefully this shift to more attacking game plan is also at fault and we will be able to find the balance through the season.
