bonucci fell out with his fellow team members. if rumors are true, he became a rotten apple.

btw it's human nature. since lippi, i can't name a coach who hasn't had disagreements or bad mouth with any of his players. maybe lippi had his history with someone i can't remember.

Who and why?

- - - Updated - - -

Pirlo; not a fallout, he wanted a different player in midfield.
Morata; what? Because he wasn't a starter?
Dybala; the same rumors you're quoting are the same rumors claiming that Max defended him against Alves and Leo, so go figure.
Licht; enlighten me why.
Vidal; here as well.
Bonucci; if the rumors are true, it was the right decision for Leo to leave.
Pirlo said he was disrespected. Allegri thought he was finished and Pirlo was insulted by both him and Galliani.
Morata: AS reported that he left because he was unhappy with Allegri. I think Allegri was too hard on him.
Dybala: Disrespected Allegri after getting subbed. Why the fuck is a kid disrespecting the coach at fucking Juve? It's not Roma.
Licht: Also disrespected Allegri publicly.
Vidal: I said at some extent because he was dropped by Allegri few months before he was sold. It did seem like he wasn't on the best of terms with Allegri, but this one is not on Allegri. I just mentioned it because there might have been frictions.
Bonucci: It is the coach and the management's job to keep order. If Allegri's authority isn't respected this is what happens. A senior player calling him a dickhead during the game. It's just wrong from Bonucci and he should have been forced to do a public apology and if he was to be sold he should have been sold abroad. Also what happened in Cardiff showed Allegri's lack of authority. Bonucci was at fault for doing what he did but Allegri was at fault for not keeping everyone in order. He lost the players in Milan and he must work on his man management skills.

Players falling out with managers is pretty common, and is relatively easy to handle. If a few players fall out with the rest of the team, it creates a very toxic environment and the only solution is to move those players on.

You're clutching at straws. Every case is different.

Not everyone has to sound like a barking pitbull whenever something bad happens to show authority. I too rather Max' approach.

I rather have Conte's approach if that means keeping Vidal and Bonucci. Especially Vidal. No one asked to leave during Conte era. There were almsot no sign of trouble, whenever there was it was kept in the house and not on the pitch or the media.

Of course nobody wanted to leave under Conte because 80% of the players he was coaching never won anything in their lives. The only top players we bought who had won anything were Pirlo and Tevez.

Vidal asked to leave only one year after Conte left. After just played in the CL final. Why would you want to leave right after the club played a CL final and expects to compete again the next year? Juve have to ask themselves this question. Why does players ask to leave?

Morata was as good as gone as soon as we signed that deal. That was simple economics at that point, Madrid played their hand well.

Dybala had a moment where he lost his head, that happens all the time with young players in sports. They learn from it, or ride the pine. Paulo learned from it.

Licht is a great soldier, but not his former self on the pitch. He hasn't said much I've heard of, and he should be on the bench most of the time.

Vidal had knee surgery, and was off the pace for most of the season before he left. Also got drunk, crashed his Ferrari, nearly orphaned his kid, asked to leave. Nearly left the summer before, also, iirc.

Bonucci was sanctioned after that altercation, and is now gone. Seems to me that's a pretty hard line stance.

Allegri is so poor as a man manager and motivator that the club has won all major domestic titles since his arrival, and made 2/3 CL finals. FOR SHAME!

Tuurrible manager.

So it was just a coincidence that Vidal had his worst season at Juve that year and also happened to crash his Ferrari under the influence? Was it also a coincidence that Caceres disappeared from the face of Earth when he did the same?

So how is Vidal doing these days? Is he not still one of the best midfielders in the world?

This is a remarcable point

Vidal never reached the heights he had reached at juve. Thats pretty obvious

Alongside Vidal, there was a Pirlo, a Pogba, and a healthy Marchisio.

Midfield does need work, but it's not just Arturo that's missing from that department.

Because he's an easier-going personality than Conte you mean? That's the thing with nicer guys, people think they can push back a little harder, then they find they can't because there are rules in place. Then they sulk. Then they get over it, because they are supposed to be adults.

Little spats happen all the time at clubs, as does players being grumpy about not playing. Players get over it. I prefer the inclusive environment Allegri has created.
Great post! Me too.
